On 6-9 2025 I ordered 2 jars of Magnesium pain healing bone cream total price 76.23 but never received them but I wS charged on PayPal. AS OF TODAY 8-4 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM OR MONEY BACK. I AM GETTING PAYPAL INvOLVED

Do NOT use this company. Like many others I ordered something and then they took more money out by automatic payments on Paypal. Paypal are trying to sort it but do not understand that automatic payments should be down to the account holder and NOT fraudulent companies like this one. Check your Paypal accounts for automatic payments and contact Paypal regarding this. It is so wrong.

These people need investigating fast.
I (stupidly) ordered 1 item and when paid with PayPal I had 2 invoices, 1 for £25, legit and another for £77.23 that I did not order.
I’m so stressed by this.
Then, I got another invoice for £85 for exactly the same items from another company I’d never heard of!
PayPal have given me a ‘temporary refund’ but today the stuff has been delivered.
So angry

Disgusting cheats, who lie, charge you more than you have authorised and send you many emails telling you that yr money is being returned. Absolutely ghastly people, hope they rot in....... . I will continue to write reviews like this.

They charged me twice. Paypal already took a pay in 4 from me last date 02 July 2025, and then 2 days later on 4th July 2025 a full amount was pending to be deducted from my bank account. Paypal is now waiting to hear from them for my refund.

Unbelievable scam company - Not Happy

This company is a fraud and scam, check them out on legit, you will never get the products you order and, they will send you an invoice for one price and bill you with more charges, Mayo Clinic said they don't endorse any products, they work with a company called zilvane, which is a fake company.I filed a FTC.Don't get scammed and PayPal doesn't help you get you money back. I give them no stars.

Scammers!!! They should be shut down. Show you one price and double it once you hit enter. The product you order doesn’t match what they promised. I didn’t even recognize my order once I received it. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Betrüger. Schlagen bei Paypal mehr Geld drauf. Ware ist nie angekommen aber das Geld ist weg. Finger weg!!!

They are shonky, the price supposedly paid are not reflected in your actual charges. Pay Pal were of no help, wiped their hands clean of it.I doubt whether I will get the product. Stay clear of them, they are scammers from China

Reine Betrugsmasche - technisch wird mit einem miesen KI-Trick über PayPal ein Preis gebucht, der 20% über dem Gesamtpreis der Bestellung liegt.
- Der Verkäufer reagiert nicht auf Stornierungsversuche.
- PayPal beharrt auf der Rechtmäßigkeit der Rechnungsstellung.
Fazit: der PayPal - Käuferschutz tritt nicht in Kraft und PayPal hat den Streitfall abgeschlossen, der Verkäufer schweigt und freut sich über den gelungenen Betrug.

Total scam. I cancelled my Pay Pal account. I will not use it again if they deal with scammers

They are thieves and fraudsters. They somehow used my PayPal account to steal my money. I did not order from them but they still charged me & PayPal paid them. They are using the Obesity Society name & info now to steal your money.
They do not answer emails. They have been reported to PayPal for unauthorised use of PayPal account.
They are thieves & scammers.

Scam, scam add stuff to order not authorised, double the price stated , PayPal really no help anymore at all .

SHOCKING I BOUGHT SOMETHING FROM THEM ONLY GOT HALF THE GOODS, TRIED MESSAGING THREE TIMES BUT NO REPLY AT ALL WHY DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS

I saw an add on my mobile phone, on one of the game apps. Sadly, I fell for it...but when I realized it was a scam and tried to go back and cancel, my Malware prevented me from getting to the website. This is April 7th. PayPal is still waiting for information from the seller....and it probably won't come. They also never sent me the product, and they charge for package and a 'safe delivery' service which isn't mentioned until you have paid!!! TOTAL SCAM

Overcharged fir my order. Different product received than what was ordered. Order site stated a 180 day guarantee, full refund. After transaction was completed was unable to find the site bearing the name of this horrible company. Same ads being displayed, just using a different name along with lies claiming to be ADA approved. Liars. Was told I would receive full refund if item was returned to China, (which the location was not disclosed in ad). Made decision not to spend more money knowing how dishonest they are, I didn't feel they would do a refund. I did get a refund of $17 out of $60, I believe it was because they were aware that paypal was going to get involved. Eventually they will feel the hurt for being the lying, thriving assholes they portray and hopefully the other creeps from their country that practice the same business tactics will feel the hurt as well. Don't throw your hard earned money away to lazy jerks that don't know how to earn a living by working at something not bringing shame upon themselfs.i hope they lose the privilege of doing business in our country. JERKS!

Ordered Bee Venom Cream from this company which they satated free delivery but then added delivery to my PayPal account After cancelling they still sent the package which I am disputing requesting a refund and form them to collect and return

This company trades fraudulently. Apart from overcharging on the items ordered, none has been received for 3 months post the order. No communication with them whatsoever. Tracking date is April 2022 which is impossible.Be careful when transacting, they are a scam.

JUNHONGTECH are scammers. You will not receive a refund under any circumstances. Payment via Paypal, but it turns out that the money goes to Junhongtech and in addition to the agreed amount you pay at least £ 10 more. The shipment arrives, but inside it is different from what you ordered. Even if you return it back to China by paying a high postage fee, you will not receive a Refund.
