Purchased the Dalmatian baby jumpsuit and Mario onesie. Both designs are adorable. Stitching great. Sizes fit true. Baby is comfy. Packaging was neat and arrived on time. Will order again.

The order went smoothly from checkout to delivery. No issues with payment, updates were clear, and everything arrived as promised. The clothes are comfortable, soft, and easy to wash. Really feels like a shop I can trust for baby and kids items.

Ordered a costume on October 11th, it says “ Usually, Order delivers to your postal address in 14 days. (25th October )
But on safer side, According to our policy we took 1-3 business days to process and 2-9 business days to deliver the package worldwide.

Please note USA order facing 2-4 business days delay due to terrif policies”

It is now Halloween and as of yesterday for the second time my tracking says “ Your Package has been Returned to GOFO Facility. Redelivery Scheduled for Next Business Day.”

So now my child doesn’t have a costume and they refuse to refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I was nervous about sizing but everything fit perfectly. The designs are adorable in person, not just in the pictures. Delivery was quicker than I expected, and I liked how well everything was wrapped. Great overall experience, definitely worth recommending.

I bought the Pikachu baby jumpsuit for my niece. The fabric is soft and print is vibrant. Customer service answered my sizing question promptly. Delivery was faster than expected. Very pleased!

I ordered several baby outfits and after a week of not receiving anything, I emailed them for status. They responded that “there is an issue with your order.
Order products are out of stock , and the factory is busy making other products. “. They then said “. Our management team try contacting you on mobile but can't reach you, so they picked replacement products for your order and send it logistics team , if you want it to cancel, please tell us in time once its own its way there is nothing we can do afterwards.” After more back and forth, They asked if I wanted to cancel. I did they said they would try and intercept the order from shipping, which made no sense since they said they didn’t have the product. They would not refund, only credit. I advised them I would have my bank ask for reversal. They then said they would refund to me in 1-3 days. A week later no refund. my bank reversed the charges
I get there are production and tariffs issues but communication was poor and vague and not refunding when items are out is just wrong,

I’m so glad I gave this site a try! Everything arrived just as described, and the overall quality was better than I expected. Fast delivery and great service made the whole experience perfect.

takes forever to get product and if you ask for return they don't accept at all.

Ordered a costume on the 19th of October its still in China as of Nov 1st. The website says anything after the 20th may arrive late. Customer support has been no help and said they are back logged and don't do returns on sale items. I spent $60 with shipping for my son to have a Deadpool costume. Extremely disappointed. Stay far away from this company.

Excellent personalized service. Hazel of JuniorHaul was tracking the package every step of the way and her communication was excellent. The products were high quality and I would definitely buy again.
