Happy 30-Plus Year Customer Here

I have shopped with Juno Active for over 30 years and counting. I buy all my swim separates; boxers and bras from them even though they can be pricey.

I am surprised to read the bad reviews and see that they mostly concern returns, which I have never need to do because I measure properly before placing an order for myself and my daughters.

While I can appreciate the frustration with returns some seem to have experienced, please keep in mind this is a small, woman-owned and operated business based in Minnesota. This is not a massive corporation (where you can have equally bad return experiences)

IF you are a plus-size woman who swims and/or enjoys other forms of exercise, I highly recommend this company. Just make sure you take your measurements before ordering - and consult the size chart.

I have just ordered our swimwear and boxers for the 2026 season and happily await their arrival.

Wonderful clothes in terms of comfort and durability, a bit expensive

I love this store. I wasn't planning to review it today, but I think people would get the wrong impression from the other reviews. I've never tried to return anything, so I can't comment on the return process. However, I can say that the clothes, including tops, pants, bras, and the aquatard swimsuit are items that I've purchased. Their clothing is extremely comfortable as well as well made. I still have t-shirts that I bought over a decade ago from them that are in great condition despite being worn frequently. The only reason that I am not giving them five stars is that their prices are high. However, I would say that their clothing is worth it, and it is just unfortunate that my budget isn't high enough to be able to purchase more.

I would go naked before purchasing one more item from this company.
Over the past year, I spent $381 in panty briefs. Granted they are the best underwear I ever wore, however, my last purchase 2 pair were misized and did not fit
After a month of going back and forth with emails, their solution was to send any unopened items back for a refund. It’s impossible to do that as I took them out of the package once received. Who on their right mind gets intimate apparel and wears them without washing them??
$381 worth of underwear, 2 pair didn’t fit and they refuse to replace!!!
I’ve read other complaints of similar issues. Save your money do not buy from this company!!!
My last purchase was February 2, 2024 and the problem I had was in this delivery.

I recently purchased items 2 missing have trued to make email contact when I’m to receive these 3 times already no reply so never again very poor show by them not replying would not bother recommending to anyone stay clear when it’s to hard to get an answer and what I got is poor quality

Terrible Return Experience

I should have found these reviews about the Return Policy at JunoActive before I purchased from them.
Returns are difficult to say the least, and the customer looses all shipping costs in any refund. This is an online company, the likelihood of returns for whatever reason is probably quit a common occurrence. It seems like there should be a better way of dealing with returns/shipping costs. I have never lost all shipping costs with returns. I will not use this company again.

Terrible return policy

Terrible return policy. Spoke to customer service to see when I would receive my refund because my return had been received by Juno 15 days ago. Was advised by customer service rep that they would refund my purchase price 4 weeks after the return was received. Never heard of such a long wait for a refund. Won't be purchasing anything from this company again.

Return Process is a Nightmare

Juno is not trustworthy! I bought an item and had to return it because it didn’t fit. Well, the tracking number shows it was received over two weeks ago. I placed a second order before returning because I needed a bra before vacation. I have called twice. They said give it at least another week. Avoid this company if you can. I paid $59.95 for a bra, and am still waiting for a refund for the returned item.

Very shady company when it comes to returns

Junonia aka Junoactive has told me they intend to hold my funds for 6 weeks before they will even begin to authorize a refund.

I purchased an item online on 12/17/19. When it did not fit, I promptly contacted the business for a return authorization. It was given one in a timely manner and I returned the item immediately. The item was received by Junonia on 12/30/19 as per the tracking number. I did not hear from them about when they would authorize my refund. So I emailed them on January 6, 2020 and received a response back from them the next day.

Junonia has told me, via email, that they will not even begin to process my refund until the middle of February. This is so unacceptable. A business should not hold onto my money for 6 weeks. They have their item back - it was never worn. It was returned in the same condition in which they sent it. I tried it on for 2 minutes and then returned it. At this point I have no expectation that they will ever return my money, but can only hope they will do so in mid-February.

I would suggest to anybody wanting to buy something from Junonia (aka Junoactive) that they make sure they have no intent on returning the item, unless they are comfortable with this business stealing your money.

I ordered a size 2x swim suit on 9/20

I ordered a size 2x swim suit on 9/20. I received a size 4x on 9/25. I called to have the return processed. ANY good customer service rep would have been able to offer an expedited shipping for free i.e., Zappos and other companies I've ordered from . Not these guys. No guarantee, I will have to pay to ship the non-fitting suit back, and would have to pay for shipping again
Bye Bye Juno. There are plenty of other places I can buy a swimsuit. You won't get my business again and I doubt that'd be a concern.

Great Fitness Gear for the Full Figured Woman

Just because I'm big doesn't mean I don't want to work out. It also doesn't mean I want to work out in men's clothes or ugly gear. Junonia has stylish clothes for large, active women, up to size 6x. My main complaint is that they don't carry enough of their gear beyond a 3x-4x. Great quality, fast shipping and fun clothes makes a 4 star experience for me.

Still waiting for my refund...

I called Junonia's Customer Service to return a bra and buy another in a larger size plus a second bra. I was given a "return authorization" number and was told that when they receive the unwanted bra, they would ship the two others. I found that reasonable.

Junonia didn't wait to receive the authorized return, and went ahead and shipped the two bras. I was invoiced for the full cost of 2 bras. Fine, over the subsequent 2 weeks, I called nearly every day to ask the status of my credit. Each time I was told the bra I returned had not yet been received. Well, I'm tired of waiting...

Junonia has at the very least, lost my business.

Best Quality Plus Size Casual Wear

I've been ordering from Junonia for about 10 years. The quality of their clothes is outstanding. The clothing lasts for many years, much longer than any other brand I've ever worn. I wish they expanded and had more dressy clothes. I hope their company survives these tough economic times - I don't know what I would do with them.
