Terrible. Said my item was out of stock and I replied about the issue. I just want my money back as they haven’t replied about my delivery

best toys so far

Had an issue where none of my order was in stock besides a very small item. I was reached out to immediately and was let known about it, and was asked if I wanted something else and it would be sent with a free gift for the hassle. At the time, nothing else on the website was showing it wad in stock BESIDES what I ordered so it was a bit confusing. I ended up declining ordering anything and they sent an email saying “Are you sure there isn’t anything I can do? I can recommend similar products, or we could let you wait until things are restocked so you get your order” I said no and just a refund. This happened over a couple days but genuinely great service, a bit insistent where it can become uncomfortable or aggitating, but really good. Only putting 3 stars cause I wasn’t really able to ever receive anything from this company.

Out of stock. I cancelled the order but they are slow to refund me.

Service was good. Toy was awful. :/

The product is cheaply made and I’m also not very happy with it it’s not very powerful. I wish I didn’t buy it. But that’s on me I guess.

Really didn't get a chance to try it. My dog chewed it up. There is no kind of return policy and I couldn't upgrade shipping for the replacement I purchased. The shipping company they use is slower than regular mail and has been sitting for days at the initial location.

Better shipping service still haven't received it yet its been almost a month 🙃

What my experience so great is the fast and prompt fill and receiving of said order. All items were received and working order. Thanks for the great service.

The clit flicker is not as strong as advertised, but the thruster is good.

Those toys were fabulous my wife everyone of them she's looking forward to entertaining herself truthfully I can't wait 😀

Great product that does a great job with its intended purpose

The cylinder keeps sucking the silicone insert up into the unit causing it to lose suction no matter how much lube I use
