I don't recommend Juslaws. Abslolutely unprofesional people. I waste my time and money. Juslaws in Phuket is absolutely negligent and unethical. They didn´t care about my case, they said me:" We have many cases involving millions of dollars, and you're just a small client with $20,000". But before I paid, they were speaking nicely to me. In the end, she tried to blackmail me, threatening to report me for writing bad reviews. How? I have all the information on WhatsApp and in my email. I went to the Bar Association to report them.

Update: complaint against Juslaws for accepting a fee for legal services and 2 plus years later no legal services have been delivered.
I have lodged complaints against Juslaws with the Office of Consumer Protection Board (Thailand), the Thai Bar Association, The Lawyers Council for of Thailand for:

1. Payment of (advance) fee for no service
2. Exaggerated and/or false statement regarding services capability
3. Unfair treatment

On 22 November 2022 I contracted with Juslaws & Consult International Law Firm for legal services and paid an advance fee in full. I have never received the legal services and after multiple communications they simply haven't responded to my requests for either provision of the legal services or refund of fee.

The update is after 2 years I sent a final e-mail outlining the above and a week later my legal services were delivered. The legal content received was satisfactory.

I have contacted Juslaw and asked for 1 hour consultancy as I plan to lease a condo in Thailand and maybe to rent out. I have sent them 5 basic questions about legal topics.. ! rental taxable.. etc. <

They offer me in a mail a 1 hour conference call were they will give answer to the question I have listed, but need to pay first 110 000 THB + VAT... for this hour. Thats are more than 3000 EUR on hourly rate for consultancy. This fees show clear that this is not a serious company someone should trust.

THIEVES! They take money in advance without giving any service and dissapear.
DO NOT TRUST THEM EVER! Be careful

I strongly advise AGAINST using the “services” of Juslaws and in particular their French business introducer [*** name removed by request by Juslaws on sept10.2025]. Juslaws asks you for an advance on costs (retainer), at rates that are rather in the high range. Once this amount is paid, you will encounter major problems with them: poor professionalism and lack of communication. If you find positive reviews on this website Trustpilot, too positive, so positive that they are fake. I have nothing to gain by informing you about Juslaws, I am not a lawyer and I do not recommend anyone to you. On the other hand, I would like to avoid problems for you. [*** name removed by request by Juslaws on sept10.2025]: he has no qualifications to handle legal cases in Thailand. He is not a lawyer in France, nor is he one in Thailand. He does not speak Thai, therefore he does not know Thai law well. He is a business rapporteur, a matchmaker: he contacts foreigners to bring cases to the director [*** name removed by request by Juslaws on sept10.2025] and Thai lawyer [*** name removed by request by Juslaws on sept10.2025]. He will seem knowledgeable and serious. Once in their hands, you will encounter the problems written above.
In October 2024, they were finally struck off by the French embassy from the “bar notoriety list”, in other words they are not advised by the embassy. In November 2024, Juslaws is summoned to court by another law firm: two clients have encountered so many problems that they have turned against them. The case is ongoing as I write this review.

This company is a complete scam directed at foreigners. They do not act in best interest of their clients, they take the money and do not do ANY of the work. They scammed me out of a five figure amount of US dollars. I am currently sueing Juslaws in Thai court.

Please read in full, as Juslaws request NDA’s I am sure there are many more people who have been silenced.

Avoid this company at all costs. All the below reviews outlining the bad behaviors of this business are correct in my experience.

My company engaged Juslaws to file for a license to sell cannabis. After payment, they were nonresponsive, had zero follow-up, and in my view cost our company significant losses due to their negligent actions. Juslaws cannabis license "package" even was misleading by including VAT setup charges, which I later found out are not a requirement of the license.

After 4 months Juslaws determined they were unable to complete the service, citing a change in the ministry of health's requirements. Juslaws offered a refund on the condition that we signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifically outlining that we were to remove all defamatory content about Juslaws from all platforms and would not publish any such content in the future.

We did not agree.

Currently we have a complaint filed with the Lawyers’ Council and Thai Bar Association regarding their actions.

Absolutely cheap people. They charge like biggest one, but they are nobody. No professional
