I received the underwear as a present years ago and they are indeed the most comfortable pants ever...but the t-shirts are game changers.

I'm a dad-bod middle age man and these t-shirts are a perfect fit, emphasising shoulders, chest and arms and being more 'respectful' of the beer belly. Can't say better than that...Comfortable, flattering and awesome.

Amazing pair of boxers, great quality and comfortable. Well worth the price. One of them came ripped at the seam and I spoke to customer service representative Joey and he was very friendly and understood the situation and has ordered a replacement pair for me. Highly recommended these boxers and company

I was gifted three pairs and was so impressed that I ordered a further nine (went for ‘Trunks Active’) which arrived quickly and were beautifully packed/presented. I’m a traditional kind of guy and have always worn your bog standard y-fronts. But these underpants from JustWears just about blew me away. They’re incredibly light, airy and comfortable in a completely new way (kept thinking I’d forgotten to put any on!) and they look just great. Wife thoroughly approves, too. Would I wear anything else now? No chance!

These are the most comfortable underwear I have used for running and I’ve tried a few alternatives from other competitors. I’m a long distance runner and I used them for a marathon race last weekend and for a 30k run today they fit like a glove. Can’t wait to try them on an ultramarathon.

Honestly what a great company ! My partner has had these for about four years never ever had a problem with them they are great zero chafing ! Bought some at Christmas and the elastic on the band went all funny ! Sent an email and within days had a new batch being sent out to us ! Cracking customer service ❤️

I’ve been buying these for a few years for my husband and he loves them. Will only wear them now in fact. I bought some more in the sale for Valentine’s Day and they didn’t arrive (Evri delivered to wrong address and they got lost). JW responded immediately and helpfully, even arranging for the exact order to be resent via Royal Mail. Amazing, cannot fault this company.

Great customer service and happy to exchange for a different size

Excellent shopping experience, quality underwear, excellent workmanship, very comfortable. There was a minor mix-up in the delivery of one size, but customer service quickly resolved the issue with a free replacement. Excellent service. Excellent underwear.

The first pair I ordered about two years ago is still usable. But after that, something happened to the quality. On all subsequent pairs, to varying degrees, a defect appeared in the waistband: it starts folding in half and bunching up very quickly. They sent me another pair as a replacement, but the same issue showed up even faster there - after just a couple of days. Now I have a whole collection of underwear with an ugly, deformed waistband. I don’t understand why they couldn’t make the waistband out of micromodal as well, just in a denser version. In short, I will never order from them again.

After 1 year wearing JW:
When I got my first 2 pair It was a new way for wearing boxers. I bought 3 and later another 3 piece. The material extreme soft, cozy to wear, nice colors.

As 80% of my underwears were JW, I could use it everyday, for months. I needed almost a year keep wearing them to realize this "boxer anatomy" is sadly a failure. People are moving, sitting, stand up, walking ect... and this doesnt support the right way. Otherwise its still a premium boxer, but nothing more.

Separation is the greatest idea of wearing an uw. but there are better soultions on the market.

I placed an order with JustWears on October 10, 2025 and was charged 959.65 DKK on October 13, 2025.

I was later informed that the items I ordered could not be delivered to EU customers. Instead, different products were shipped without my consent. I immediately rejected this and returned the parcel as instructed.

The return was received by JustWears Warehouse on November 26, 2025.

A partial refund of 68.45 DKK was issued on November 6, 2025 (received on November 10). The remaining 891.20 DKK has still not been refunded, despite multiple written confirmations from customer support that a full refund would be processed once the return was received.

Great customer service and excellent quality products

I started buying Just Wears underwear for my son almost 5 years ago when he underwent surgery and since has a stoma, he swear by them for comfort. I’ve since bought them for my hubby and the ladies underwear for myself, the quality is excellent, they wash really well and we wouldn’t buy anything else now, highly recommend!

When I first bought these, I was really impressed, comfortable, excellent fit so didn't mind paying the relatively premium price. However, after having 4 pairs now replaced after less than 6-8 months (with no quibbles) with exactly the same threadbare/hole in the backsides, I'm starting to wonder about their longevity. Company suggested that its the way they are being laundered but this is exactly the same as all of my other underwear so its unlikely to be that and I won't be buying more.

One minor issue with delivery,which was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.
Very comfortable underwear,even for gym or running.Will definitely be ordering some more pairs.Top class

I love wearing Just Wear underwear. In the Black Friday sale i accidentally ordered the non pouch trunks. I emailed to cancel and had an immediate reply confirming the cancellation and offering to let me know when the ones I wanted will be in stock. Great underwear and great service.

Bought some women’s undies and was so impressed, gorgeous fabric, super soft. They wash beautifully and are a fab fit, one happy customer here x

I bought six pairs of boxer briefs, size Large (33–35"). Every pair labelled Large measured as a 29" waist.

The product photos didn’t match what arrived (leg length/style).

The “Medium” fit like a Small. Support then sent “Medium” again when they were supposed to send Large.

When “Large” finally arrived, they only measured 29" waist (their website calls that a Small) even though Large is advertised as 33–35".

Multiple returns, postage refunded, back-and-forth emails — still no six wearable pairs.

Final stance from support: they won’t fix the horrible customer experience. Bottom line: I spent £95 on 6 boxers, wrong sizes shipped (twice), sizing nowhere near the size chart – 2 sizes too small. Support refuse to refund me the money.

As a company, and the services they provide...no issues...you buy, they deliver swiftly. One could penny-pinch a little that they don't give enough real-world fit and wash/wear information...but this is an inherent part of marketing from all.
I have bought a number of pairs of JustWears over time, partly to see what all the hype was about, but really because at times you need specific undies for certain clothing or activities.
Now my appreciation: Even though on the initial wearing I felt a little over suspended, I can safely say that the Boxer Briefs and Trunk with the "Active" pouch are a revelation. Due to the nature of this fashionable fitted underwear the pouch is definitely a plus. The only mild problem that I have issue with is that thigh ride-up can occur. However, if there was more compression, i.e. tighter, you would feel it and they would be less comfortable...swings and roundabouts.
I have also tried the Trunk "Pro" (without pouch), and lets just say my chaps were completely unsupported and free to go wherever, and I thought on occasions that I would sit on myself. The ride-up was awful too. I would say the "Pro" offering was more inline with what you could get elsewhere, so pass.
Finally I have a few pairs of the brief, which are more conventional, but extremely comfortable for exercising and cycling in.
