Excellent service with friendly and prompt communication from Hayley and Rianne from my initial enquiry and subsequent visit to provide a quotation to supply and install a new boiler, to the helpful and professional installation of our new boiler by the engineer Adam. Would be happy to recommend Just Boilers.

We have used Justboilers for a few years now and have been really pleased with them. From the initial contact with the staff at the end of the phone to the engineers the standard of service is always friendly and professional. Hoghly recommended.

My daughter‘s 3 year old combi boiler stopped working as result of the system pressure falling too low. Neither the Glow-worm installation nor operating instructions explained how to add water to increase the pressure. It was installed by Just Boilers so I called them. Although they had no one available to come out, they asked me to send photos of the valve layout. Then they replied almost immediately identifying the valves that needed to be opened. Problem quickly sorted! And all F.O.C. Great service. Would recommend them highly.

We had a new boiler fit done by Daniel and cannot express enough how happy we are with the job he did! The whole process of booking a check in appointment, getting a new boiler quote and the actual fitting of the boiler was extremely easy and the service provided was more than excellent! The whole experience was really great and very professional. The receptionist was extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The engineer, too, was punctual, polite and professional and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will certainly use them again

Such a lovely team from the moment they answer the phone, to making the booking through to the engineers who fitted the boiler. They managed to help my elderly mum within 24 hours of receiving the phone call and replacing her boiler. Efficient, helpful and fantastic all round! Highly recommend. Many thanks 😊

Brilliant boiler installation everywhere left clean and tidy highly recommend this company

John from just boilers recently installed a new boiler and I can't recommend him enough. He was very professional and all was done with the minimum of disturbance. In general my whole experience with the company was very positive. Very good customer service as well.

John recommended and fitted a new Vailant boiler that works wonderfully, far better than our old one and at a reasonable price. He was on time, polite and friendly, worked without pause, and finished by balancing the radiators perfectly. The company communication was also excellent.

Had a new boiler fitter by these guys and had a reminder email about the service that was due. Super easy to book in and also change the date of. Received a text to alert me when the engineer was on his way (within the 2 hour window I was given). He was incredibly helpful, serviced the boiler and manager to fix an issue with the bedroom rad that hasn’t been working all winter.

They are great. I've used them for 2 years in a row now to service my boiler. Both times the engineer was very efficient, friendly and helpful. If I had any questions or uncertainties they would answer my questions in great detail, and kept me updated with each process. Decent price too.

I have been very impressed, the ladies who man your telephones were very helpful and sounded interested in my problem, I spoke with a Rianne and a Hayley. The engineer John, was excellent, he was helpful, polite and courteous. Great job. I also appreciated the messages the day before confirming the booking and on the day saying the engineer was on their way. This gave confidence that you were not going to be hanging about waiting for someone who might or might not arrive.

I originally saw Just Boilers/Just Service SW18 had excellent reviews so asked them to service my boiler in the summer. The other day the boiler stopped working so I called on a Sat morning to ask for a booking on Monday as I wanted to avoid an 'emergency weekend call out' that cost me a fortune in the past.
Just Boilers called to say someone would come on the Sunday for 'normal' charges. I was delighted.
Colville arrived at the beginning of allotted time, was super helpful then explained and fixed the problem. He advised a part would need replacing at the next service.
I really like this company as they are fair and reasonable and respect customer's loyalty. I would certainly use them again and have recommended them to friends.
