Best service ever!!
From the initial phone call regarding a car through the purchase and pick up the customer service was first class. Dean was fab talked us through everything from car to finance. Both Dean and Gavin are really nice guys. The car had an mot and service and valet and. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely use this company again. Fantastic 😃

Easy car purchase at Just Drive
Just picked up a new car at 'Just Drive' Sth Wales. The two guys we dealt with Lùis and Michael were so helpful and not pushy at all. Both guys were pleasant and funny and were easy to chat to.They answered all our questions and made the purchase simple and carefree. Discovered a Discovery.
No pressure sales, friendly, helpful advice. Gavin was great, very knowledgeable and explained everything about the vehicle and the process if we decide to buy.
Agreed to buy and came back a few days later after MOT,service and valet was done. Lots of paperwork and everything explained.

Good Afternoon, We picked up a 2016 Renault Megane GT Line 5 Door from Just Drive on 09/10/2023. After driving the car for a few days I got to say what a car not only this but the server that was provided when receiving and initial call of the car. Gavin, Michael, Dean & Darren were all great and provided excellent service, Highly recommend Just Drive to Family & Friends!

Good experience
Always somewhat wary of a previously unknown car dealer, but JustDrive had a vehicle which matched my requirements. All initial concerns progressively evaporated as the experience from first viewing the vehicle and up to and including sorting out a minor post sales problem was entirely positive. Gavin was a pleasure to deal with, always responded quickly, and had exactly the appropriate manner throughout.

Value their customers
Bought a Mercedes Vito in June 2023. Was delighted to deal with Gavin who was really helpful and got everything sorted out on time and no fuss. The toolkit that was accidentally missed was supplied without question. This garage have been lovely to deal with. Treated me nicely, even came to the station to pick me up.
One of the most important things about a garage (after the car) is how you are spoken to and treated. I felt respected and valued as a customer rather than the experience you get at some less reputable places. Well done guys. Recommended.

Engine light after 6 weeks and faults needing repairing. Terrible service during the repair and was repaired for faults we weren’t made aware of. Complaint sent to ‘manager’ and owner of company but no response. We have now discovered a further fault since car was repaired. I am currently disabled and certainly do not need the stress they are causing us.
