We’ve been in the business for over 30 years, and from day one, we’ve been passionate about giving you the best quality fabrics for all your soft furnishing projects at the best prices – and nothing's changed there. We stock hundreds of thousands of metres of curtain, upholstery and dress and craft fabrics in our warehouses and showrooms, all heavily discounted and ready to make its way to your home as soon as you order. We buy in bulk and bring in many of our fabrics direct from mills across Europe, so we can offer quality fabrics at fantastic discounted prices. As well as shipping orders all over the UK and Internationally, we also have two beautiful Cotswold showrooms located in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire) and Burford (Oxfordshire), where you can explore lots of fabrics and home accessories. Loved my fabric
Loved my fabric. Easy browsing & ordering process. Thank you.
My only gripe was with delivery. Stated that a signature was needed & had to be redirected for collection as I wasn't at home. I can understand it for larger orders but my package would have easily fitted through my letterbox.

Samples were really helpful
The ability to get 6 samples for just the post and packaging was really helpful as the colours were quite different in reality to how they appear on line, and I would have choosen the wrong colour for my upholstery project had I not had the sample first. As I needed 6 metres of material it would have been a costly mistake!
The fabric I subsequently ordered arrived promptly and was the colour and quality I had expected. There was good communication from Just Fabric throughout.

Avoid this company
I ordered some fabric over 3 weeks ago and apart from a confirmation and payment taken, I have heard nothing. I sent an email 2 days ago which is as yet unanswered. Had I read reviews before ordering, I would have steered well clear.

I am ever so sorry to hear of the issues with your order. I can see that my colleague responded to your email shortly after we received this so I do apologise if you haven't received our response.
I can see that the email address you had contacted us from is different to the email address on your order so I'm not sure if this is why you haven't received our email. We are also aware that our emails can be sent to the junk / spam inbox so it is possible that it has ended up there.
I would like to try and resolve this as quickly as possible so I have sent you a follow up email to both email addresses. Please can you keep an eye out for this and get back to me when convenient so that I can assist further.

Lovely fabric
This is the second batch of fabric I have had from Just Fabrics. Just like the first time, it arrived promptly and the fabric is lovely quality. I am very pleased and shall certainly order more from them in the future.
