As a french customer, I would like to grant JustFans Ltd for a very good satisfaction for about 1000£ order ( nb: 59969 16th Jan19 ) shipped to France on time.

The products are good quality plastic flat dusting and accessories, for home Air-Ventilation/Extraction, sold at competitive price.

Only the parcels were a little bit damage on their way. But not enough to lose any product inside.

Also, I noticed that the carrier has used his own adhesive tape, more likely because there was some failure with the one used at the vendor site.

Globally I recommend JustFans , and will pass more order if I need to.

Ordered a fan controller told it would be sent next day as very urgent then waited in all day for the delivery, never turned up by 3pm called them they then told me they forgot to process the order and still waiting for my refund called them again about my refund for the second time told me they forgot.

Will not be using again.
Took forever for the parts to be delivered, once delivered we noticed they had been damaged. Asked for a collection; 3 weeks later they respond and 2 promised collection dates later it was finally collected.

It has not been 2 weeks and we are still waiting for a response about the replacement to be sent out.

Ridiculous

Such a shame. Ordered extractor fan and had some difficulties getting it to work with the speed modulator. Initially they couldn't have been more helpful and we tried various options until concluding that the fan was faulty and I needed a new one. I bought another so I didn't have to have a hole in the wall while waiting for them to swap it. Then I returned the faulty one. Have had to wait 6 weeks so far to get a refund that they keep failing to do so have had to pass it to my credit card company. They started so well, helpful and trying to solve the problem but have ended up with me saying "DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE" as they are failing to refund the money I have paid and am making me offer them credit.

UPDATE: My credit card company got the cost back, but I had to pay for the postage, and no contact from the company.

WHAT APPALLING SERVICE - PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE

It just goes to show that you can't always go by negative reviews. I ordered a 2 meter length of 100mm ducting pipe, elbows and brackets at 10.30am yesterday and everything was delivered by Fedex at 10.47am this morning. I think that's pretty good service by anybodies standard. I might also add that prior to placing my order on-line, I did give them a call to get some product advice and found them to be very pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to shop again with Justfans - well done!

I contacted Just Fans for advice re supply of an exterior fan and ancillary equipment for my home and I asked if I could send a technical drawing and a list of queries. I did this but received no reply so called again.Spoke to someone who said he would call me back. He did'nt. Rang again and was told they had lost my drawings.Sent more drawings and request for info. No reply. No faith in this company so went elsewhere.

A decent product offering, but don't expect assistance if you experience product problems...
Placed a sizeable order for x3 high end bathroom fans and associated grilles and ducting last Christmas 2016.
It turned out while installing the third fan last wk that the plastic external grille supllied with it was so brittle that it shattered on handling - likely the result of the use of too much recycled polymer during moulding. The other two were fine.
The company far from offering to replace it at ~ £10 plus the cost of mailing (12m had passed, but this didn't cause the problem) rudely, aggressively and without discussion flat refused to do so.
They would supply a replacement only if paid in full. (not a hope!)
The result is considerable inconvenience as the same type of grille is not available locally...

I bought a fan that was broken on arrival due to haulage. I returned the broken fan (postage from Denmark to UK). Just Fans send me a new one. So far so good. I payed 275 danish kroner (equivalent to app. 36,67 euros or 33,91 pound) for returning the broken fan from Denmark to Just Fans in UK. On their website they state, that they will refund this shipping cost. I wrote an email claiming my right on august 23, and on september 7 and on september 21. I asked them to refund the return shipping. No replies. This is not acceptabel.

They were very helpful on the phone and gave me advise and options on what to order. The items arrived quickly and everything was as expected. Thanks.

received my order of just fans yesterday, and have to say, great service. was not really sure what i needed, or where to put it, but gave them a call and they helpfully talked me through what would work and what would not. having called i was aware there was a delay in delivery, but recieved my goods soon after. very helpful, will recommend

I received my order from just fans, but was sent the wrong mounting brackets for my 2 fans. I contacted them and they weren't that apologetic and just said the brackets were out of stock and would be in next week. I asked for a date but since then they have been ignoring my emails( 3 of them). It's a week later and still no brackets and I've no idea when they will come.

I agree with the other reviewer that they only post good reviews. I posted a negative review and it hasn't appeared online. All the reviews on their site are 5* ones.

I would buy from someone else, I don't recommend this company.

They only post up good ones (ones they have created, possibly?) and none of the bad ones - knowing that would've changed my mind in buying from them.
