I purchased a golf bag on Dec 26th 2023, great Boxing Day price, ordered wrong color, sent email to ask if color could be changed as the bag was already in the queue for shipping but Maurice who was on vacation took the time and emailed me back yesterday to tell me he had changed the color of bag and I receive it this morning Dec 29 , now that’s great service! I have also purchased other items this summer and all items were at a great price compared to other outlets and delivered on time! Thanks

Horrible customer service.
I placed an order almost three weeks ago for a putter which was to be a Christmas present. After still not receiving it two weeks later I requested an investigation. First it was reported lost, then it was reported as undeliverable and was being returned to sender,then a few days later miraculously it was supposed to be delivered to me,of course it never arrived. I’ve been going back and forth by email and three days ago I wrote that I was sick of being jerked around and repeatedly being told they were looking into it and that I wanted a refund. I wish I knew they had no contact phone number in case of a problem before I placed my order. Horrible customer service.

Well you can tell by the other reviews this company is hit or miss, should be their tag line. First, customer service emails are generally answered within 24 hours but the person is just telling you what they hope will happen. Orders are filled very slowly, shipping is by horse and cart. If you don't mind waiting a few weeks go for it but if you have a golf trip planned within a couple weeks just don't do it. If your back east your chances of delivery in 2 weeks probably goes up 75% though. All items I've ordered matched expectations. Did not have issues of quality like some of the others.
Just bought a Callaway 3 wood fairway
Just bought a Callaway 3 wood fairway, they had it as demo club, the head of the club is such in bad shape that looks that the club was a rental club which is totally different than a demo, very disappointed, I always bought stuff from just golf stuff. They really have to review what they call demo clubs.

First it took over a week to receive. When I did receive a "demo" Calloway I wad totally disappointed with shape it came. I have a ten year old driver that looks 100 times better. Looks like this came from a garage sale. Last time I attempt to buy from here again. The kicker is...I'm losing $ now as they rip you off to return it!!
Recieved all items separately
I recieved two of three items and was worried after reading all the negative reviews. The next day I text the company to say that one of the hats was missing and not in the box even though I was charged for three. Before I received a reply from Rachel at Customer service, the third item arrive at my door. Thanks for the 2 hats and sweater over.. All are exactly what I ordered. Will order from them again!! PB

Bought a Northern Spirit golf bag and a tear developed along a seam in about 6 months from purchase. Reached out to JustGolfStuff in Aug. with pictures. They wrote that a manager would follow up. Nearly 2 months have past and I have reached out about 6 times and I haven't heard anything. If you look to see who manufactures the bag, it all points back to JGS so I can't follow up with them either.

Ordered a shirt and almost two weeks and still don’t have it. Contacted three time for a refund and now they want me to pay for the shipping back. If you’re not in a hurry for your order this site is for you. I'm thinking this site is just a middle man.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I was concerned after my order was 'delivered' but I never received my order. It took over 3 weeks and multiple follow ups on my end before getting a response back. Seems as though my order was stolen from my front porch (on me), but they basically told me to kick rocks and I'm out of luck. Should have done my research before purchasing. Must avoid.
Very Poor Customer Service
We purchased hundreds of dollars of product on August 17th as prizes for a charity golf tournament to be held September 8th. When nothing was received, we finally were able to talk to someone and were advised that they thought the order was 'fraudulent' and they would not ship unless we provided photo ID. Keep in mind, this was well after they had successfully charged the credit card. It did not make sense to send photo ID as they have no idea what we look like. We finally contacted them again this morning and they now advise they have cancelled the order and will be refunding the payment. We'll just have to wait and see if they will follow through. Incredibly poor customer service and it is extremely difficult to contact them after placing an order.

Ordered 6 dozen Titleist ProV1x's (refurbished). Got Taylormade tp5x's. The reply said to return the order and then re-order. Told them I did not have the time to return the order and then re-order. I'll keep the tp5x's Just credit me for the difference as the tp5x's are cheaper. ($40 for the order) Now, no replies to my request...just radio silence. Guess I'm stiffed for the $40

Was very hesitant to trust this website after reading the reviews and some of the horror stories some have had. I took the chance as the sale prices they had were just too good and bought some shoes and golf balls. Order was placed on Thursday evening, shipped Monday morning and was delivered Tuesday afternoon. Shipping box was slightly damaged but had no impact on the purchased items. Product were as expected. No complaints at all.
Update: I decided to place a second order for some apparel. Order was placed on August 31, I received tracking on September 5th and was delivered September 8. Again I have had a good experience shopping with JustGolfStuff but I may just be one of the lucky ones.
