First time buying from justmdf and not…
First time buying from justmdf and not impressed at all, I ordered one product and received something totally different! Also no updates on delivery date/ times so you never know when delivery 🚚 knocks on your door.Now I have to postpone the job and try to rebook the carpenter when I receive the right product.

I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Cohan, who helped me source some MDF boards for a workshop with Born to Perform. The service was excellent from start to finish. Cohan was friendly, personable, and incredibly helpful, making the whole process straightforward and hassle-free.
The boards were cut and ready for collection exactly when requested, which made organising the workshop much easier. Great customer service, practical advice, and reliable turnaround times. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Try somewhere else
Extremely poor communication and service.
Ordered, not updated, 'missed the van', then when item eventually went out for delivery was damaged and got returned. The courier informed us before the vendor.

The groove orientation was as requested.
The shipping was expensive but encouraged that Justmdf are seeking more competitive logistics to bring the shipping costs down. This is really important for small orders

Great products and cutting service
Have managed to get melamine sheets and walnut veneered sheets which many cant source, good communication and the cutting was spot on and accurate which was important as they were cupboard doors. Have used these guys a couple of time and will continue to do so.
