Happy one year & one month anniversary to the time Jonathan Leyshon asked us to pay a solicitor he knows money and said he would help us buy a house. We haven't heard from him or Darlows estate agents since despite going into the branch multiple times, calling and emailing. Last we heard 'there are no properties.'

Jonathan pressured us to pay within days of meeting him and I regret being naive and new to buying property.

Do not hand over any money to him/ solicitors he tells you to pay urgently/ Spicketts Battrick.

Massive thanks to Jonathan for helping us to get our first house! Thanks for the very personal approach and helpful recommendations. Despite the fact that it is a very complicated process, Jonathan has done everything to make it easier on us, which I'm very helpful about!

Have been in UK for 12 years but never ever been treated like today by an Executive Mortgage and Protection Adviser in Rumney Cardiff. I was asked by the selling agent to have her checking my affordability to buy a house, which was odd enough. She claimed that my mortgage agreement in principle was invalid, which was provided by my own mortgage advisor. All through the process, she seemed to be negative on everything, with cold voices and won't listen to any explanation. She said my Halifax AiP was invalid and then sent some information about Llyods' mortgage rules, totally shocked!!! This is a black hole to avoid, trust me!

The service from Just Mortgages is always professional. Jon took time to explain my options from which I decided on a buy-to-let. The process was smooth from start to finish, takes the headache out of mortgaging/remortgaging. I would highly recommend Jon and Just Mortgages!
