According to our tracking information that was provided to you, your purchase arrived on the 8th of February.
We would like to assure you that this is not a scam, just that international postage can take a long time to clear through customs.
As this was an order from the UK to the USA while we are still feeling the affects of COVID-19, once the parcel has been despatched from the us we unfortunately have no control over how fast the items get to you!
Just Nails is my new Go-To place!

Stay away...
Only half of my order was delivered... One bit fulfilled by Amazon...for the other bit had to ask for refund as had none in stock. The bit fulfilled by Amazon was wrong item...emails are ignored.
Absolute joke!
Looks like they don't know what they are doing.
Can't recommend, better stay away from problems.
