Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Was told it would take 1 hour and it was ready before hand

Tyre change was ok but after a very crude wheel 'alignment', the car no longer drove straight and was worse than when I took it in. Went straight back to the shop to get it fixed but I was told to come back the next day, apparently it was 'too close to closing time'.

Contacted customer services to get a refund for the alignment, as I didn't trust them to fix it. I was told it would take 2-3 working days to process. It's now been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received a refund.

Would not recommend this company to anyone, avoid if you can. I took the car to STS Tyre Pros instead to get it fixed, who were absolutely fantastic.

Warm welcome on arrival. Tyres were ordered online prior to visit. All done in good time, polite friendly staff.

Quite abrupt and rude.
Tried saying I needed 4 tyres when I went for 1.
I went to another tyre place to ask if I needed the other 3 doing and they laughed saying of course not.

Great service. Very friendly and helpful supervisor/manager. Even after going back after a couple days with a minor issue.

After being informed my tyres wouldn't be in stock for another 3 days after I was supposed to have them fitted I spoke to a lovely lady called Tracey who went above and beyond to find me a better tyre than the ones I'd originally purchased and discounted to the price of the original tyre, top marks for tracey

Appointment was booked for 12:30 but when I got there they said it would be an hour and a half before tyres could be fitted, just a phone call would have meant that I could have left work later

Great prices, quick and courteous service.

Booked on line for two tyres and tracking. Car was started just before 3pm, and completed at about 3.30pm. When i asked if the tracking had been out, they admitted they had not done it. They then had to complete the tracking which i had paid for. I was there for over an hour!!

The tyre company came across to me as very unprofessional, 3 young guys, the manager slumped in his chair, job handed to 1 of the men, then all 3 working in the workshop, all busy chatting, checking their mobiles, I had ordered 4 tyres and expected the job to take 20-30mins max, it took over an hour and 15mins, my car was the only car they had to work on. No apology, just sign there mate and that was it, wouldn't recommend this place to others.

I booked an 11.00am appointment but didn’t get to drive away with my new tyres fitted until 1.45pm. I don’t mind a short delay but that was excessive. One of the staff admitted that an ‘area manager’ had been in earlier and was accepting more bookings than they could cope with, causing the backlog. On the positive side, tyre price and availability were good.

Very competitive price, it’s that simple! Ordered online had them fitted in Huntingdon, my appointment was 12 noon, arrived early, no problem the staff said, great service!
