Ordered tyres on line easily, booked an appointment time to go and have them fitted. Very short wait on arrival, staff fitted tyres quickly , efficiently and were very professional.

Very welcoming, great service
I was booked in for a certain date but phoned through to see if I could get my car in earlier as my tyres needed doing as soon as possible. Ashley, from kenilworth branch got my car in earlier. He was really welcoming and knowledgeable and told me that my tyres were so bad as my tracking was out. The last place I got my tyres done did not tell me this so I ended up needing tyres far earlier than I would have hoped. Great service, really quick, have already recommended.

Prices of tyres would be hard to beat
Prices of tyres would be hard to beat, I purchased 4 and arranged fitting at Kenilworth branch.
Really friendly team and helpful, I had not requested tracking check of the tyres, there was obvious wear on the tyre and it was shown to me, with the request did I want the tracking checked?
They carried this out during the appointment.
This is where I go when I have tyre concerns.

Friendly, efficient , professional and didn't try to push any services or products that weren't necessary.
Just the relevant safety service.
Tyres purchased weren't original order but an upgrade in quality due to supply issue but at no extra cost.

I have used the Kenilworth depot a number of times on various vehicles in recent months the team there are always helpful

The most dangerous tyres I have ever…
The most dangerous tyres I have ever had fitted to my car.
3 of the set of 4 fell apart.
They claim it was impact damage and bad tracking.
The 4th tyre that didn’t have issues was fitted to front o/s.
This vehicle has never suffered with bad tyre wear.
I will never use them again.
The vehicle these tyres were fitted to is an Audi A6 never had an issue with tyre wear and the tyres that are on it now show no signs of what Just tyres claim to be the issue.
There is no issue with tracking specially as 2 of the tyres with issues were on the rear.
I am the only driver of this car and the tyres never received impact or had tracking issues.
Just Tyres have fitted several sets of tyres over the years to this vehicle with no issues.
3 of the four tyres they fitted had major issues (Dangerous).
The 4th fitted to front o/s was fine and is still on the vehicle showing none of the issues the others had.

Regrettably upon inspection of the tyres they were not found to have manufacturing defects and so we were unable to accept a claim. We are sorry that you are unhappy with our decision but I can confirm that the tyres are still at our Kenilworth centre if you would like to collect them as originally discussed. Please note they will be disposed of shortly so do let us know if you would like them. Thank you
