Just a quick thanks to the lad at Just Tyres, Old Stratford. I've used the company for the last 30 years although I wouldn't be recognised. I called in with a flat wheelbarrrow tyre to see if it could be fixed. The lad didn't know me and he explained that although they couldn't fix wheelbarrow tyres he would try and inflate it. It worked so I left very happy! Well done for a good piece of customer service that generated good will.

Happy until.....
Everything was fine and I was perfectly happy until you sent me a cuffing survey. I am sick to the back teeth of these things. I expect excellent service and will tell you if I do not get it. Please stop this irritating behaviour.
