Staff where uninterested and unbothered by the fact they’re running so behind there are 4 people waiting

Tyres are cheap. But avoid they garages.
Woodley garage youngsters working with no experience. Damaged my tyre rims.

The team were efficient, polite, and double-checked to make sure I wasn’t accidentally buying/spending more than I intended.

First time using Just Tyres (Woodley branch)
Booked 2 tyres online for 8.30 this morning. Arrived and as soon as the doors opened I drove my car in and they got on with the tyres. I asked them to do the tracking while I waited. The guy checked my vehicle for tracking but it didn’t need doing. Will definitely tell family and friends about you guys. Nice to find an honest and efficient place to go. Thanks 5*****

I had a truly despicable experience with Just Tyres in Woodley. Their ability to provide any professional tyre service is non-existent.

I purchased 4 brand new tyres for £750, and none of them were balanced at all with any weights. I could feel a slight vibration in my steering wheel while driving.

Concerned, I took my vehicle to Halfords and had each of the 4 wheels individually balanced. Every single tyre was off by multiple milligrams in the 10s, one was by 70grams. Even more shockingly, the technicians at Halfords confirmed that no new balancing weights had been fitted—all the old weights were simply left on. Visual and photos were taken and recorded as evidence.

This is absolutely abhorrent and unprofessional behaviour for a company working on behalf of BlackCircle with absolutely no regard for any form of customer service or even self responsibility and respectability. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this garage and take their business elsewhere.

They are very irresponsible in the way they do their job. They don't even have the proper tools or equipment needed to do the work.

Not too impressed took to long which I can forgive but when I got home I realised that one tyre only had 18 psi in it so way to low. Should have been at least 30 psi some people would not have even noticed and the tyre would have worn unevenly.

The actual work being done was great but I felt that the customer service could have been better. I walked into the reception area and there was no greeting just a grunt from the person behind the desk and then left in waiting area with no communication even after work was completed.

Competitive price and excellent service. They upgraded the tyres as the ones ordered werent in stock.

They were slow, un-helpful and rude. When arriving to drop of my car stood in the office for twenty minutes without being greeted or served. I ended up having to go round the back of the building and enter through the machanics bay where the only guy working there refused to acknowledge me for a further ten minutes. When he finally did decide to help me he was rude not knowing what services i had payed for even after checking my name on thier system and questioning why i wanted a free brake check on the vehicle even though it was a service offered to me appon phurchasing my tyres online. When collecting my car later that dsy they were just as slow and rude makeing me wait before even acknowledging me. Eventully after i asked if i could please just take my car my keys were preduced from the guys pocket covered in dirt i didnt recive any paperwork recipt etc. And when i asked if the brake check had been done the young kid working there said he thinks soo and i was left to go on my way. Not the service i exprcted after spending over £500.

Quick and easy booking system. Appointment was on time and tyres were fitted straight away. Good value for the price. Good service by the staff working there.

Terrible customer service and Attitude.

I visited Woodley Just Tyres in Reading. Tye was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had booked for two front tyres to be replaced on my BMW. I will definitely be returning. Brilliant service. Highly recommend

Booked online and went to the shop, got it fixed within minutes, had free battery check but they didn’t do it. I was happy with the quick turnaround, easy purchase and quick fix.

I had two new tyres fitted at this branch on 18 April 2026. Shortly after, I noticed a thumping noise when braking at low speeds.

​I returned to the branch to address this, but during the first visit, I was told no fault could be found. Confident there was an issue, I took my car to an independent garage for a second opinion. They discovered that the wheel bolts had been cross-threaded—a serious safety oversight. They advised me to return to Just Tyres to have their mistake rectified.

​The branch manager was dismissive and unwilling to resolve the issue, forcing me to have the repairs completed by a third party. This caused significant inconvenience, multiple return visits, and genuine concern over vehicle safety. I expected the issue to be identified the first time I raised it; the lack of accountability was highly unprofessional.

​I have now contacted customer services to lodge a formal complaint and am claiming damages of £200+ for the necessary repairs. I would strongly advise others to avoid this branch.

Really smooth, very professional and done within 15 mins

Overall a good experience apart from the 2 (rear) tyre pressures : 35psi in one and 40psi in the other ! Plate just inside the door (like just about every other modern car) clearly said c. 33 psi.
