As I stated previously, there is no customer service complaint email, so I emailed Renee through the email I found on line, ATT: RENEE and guess what?
STILL no response. STILL no refund.
POOR POOR SERVICE.
My credit card company will be handling it from here. I sent them all the proof that I sent to Juvabun so I will get my money back one way or another.
This could have all been avoided if the right hand knew what the left hand was doing!!

Return experience with this company is AWFUL. I couldn’t figure out how to leave a review on their website so I am here. I first emailed customer service about returning my item on January 24th. I then shipped it back and tracking showed it was delivered to the address they gave me on the 31st. It is now February 20th and I have not received my refund. I have emailed multiple times for updates and keep getting the “we are waiting for confirmation from the warehouse” message. I do not recommend purchasing from this company unless you’re 100% sure you won’t be needing a refund.

Love my new Juvabun. Colors match my highlights perfectly. Stays on nice and tight so no worries about falling off.

The Minute I took my small Juva Bun....out of the package.....it's flexibility and real hair texture was so nice to the touch!!!...I couldn't wait to put it on!!! ...and Yes!!.....I was completely hooked!!!!....ladies!!!....don't get the....."Cheap Knock-offs!!".....Juva-Bun will last longer with care....Love It!!!💜

My experience was horrible. I ordered a Clip Claw I saw the picture$34.00. No problem, I liked what I saw in the picture. I made my order at the beginning of the year and after 2 weeks,when I saw nothing came, I called at the number that is on the website. Long story,short, they lied to me for a month. I called them 3 times and I send 5 emails. The answer was, we notified the Wearhouse and they will take care. Finaly, yesterday I received a horrible, short piece of hair which is not at all the same as in the pictures. Is like the ones that you see on other websites with $5.00. I took 3 pictures, and send them to their email. Very quick the answer came: WHY are you upset, you received your order. Do not order anything from them, they are taking your money for nothing. IT IS A BIG SCAM.

I love my messy bun! I actually have a few. I’ve been using them for a couple years now. The beach blonde matches my hair perfectly. It’s great for days I’m in a rush or just don’t feel like fooling with my hair. I also take it on my beach trips and vacations. I always get compliments. No one knows it isn’t my hair unless I tell them!

The hair is a good length but the quality of the hair is like straw. No shine. Very dull. I won't wear it as it looks like straw.

My original review was that the juvabuns were good quality but did not work for me. I then got feedback on different ways to remedy this but those didnt work for me either. The customer service department did reach out to me to help and I was impressed by the interaction and wanting to assist. I was able to get a refund and because of this will possibly try one of their claw clip versions instead. Bravo to them for their help!!!

If I could give it no stars I would. Worst customer service. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my refund on a return. Only get excuses...... beginning to wonder if this is a legit business. Don't order from them, there are plenty of other sights that sell these products.

I bought the small messy bun and couldn’t be happier. It’s an exact match to my natural hair and is very easy to use. It makes me feel beautiful and has given me a lot of confidence!

So easy to use and the color match was perfect. I can use it to dress up or to just hang out. So happy I ordered these. (Small buns, light blonde)

I own about 6 messy buns probably alittle more. Except for the fact after wearing the bun numerous times the hair gets wrapped around the band and it's difficult getting the hair off even so I loved the product. But my last 2 orders I have been disappointed. The messy bun is half the size of all the previous ones I purchased and costing the same money. I contacted them when I received my last order I sent pictures comparing but never heard back. I tried again to order thinking it was a mistake but I just received my order and the buns are much smaller. I loved the product they were the only ones that made the color that matched my hair but I don't have disposable income.

The most impressive part of Juvabun was the customer service. I am a redhead and finding the correct match was a challenge. Most of the buns were too dark, so I contacted them for additional colors. Finally I found a color close to my strawberry blond. My hair is also very thin, after affects of chemo, so I was pleased that it worked as a pony tail wrap that I could tie up to look like a messy bum. Happy about the natural look it gives me while keeping my hair under control. Thank you!

The hairpiece hair color did not match my hair,which is tough to match.
However, my complaint is with the refund policy and procedure. Two months later and I am yet to get a refund although I followed all steps required for a refund.
I would not recommend using this company as they are very deficient on customer service.

I am very pleased with my JuvaBun Claw Clip Straight Ponytail in medium brown! My hair is fine textured and chin length…the claw clip holds it securely in place. This is the PERFECT solution for looking groomed while RVing and enjoying the outdoors!!! Customer Service is very good too! Thank you JuvaBun for keeping prices affordable to the retired community!

I have multiple pieces from Juvabun and am happy with all of them, they all work well for bad hair days, the color match is close enough as I am not quiet all total gray yet, but they blend well. There is lots of faux hair in each piece and the ponies come with good clips that hold very well, I am very pleased I order them all and they arrived in good time, and I will probably order again if I find a style I like that I don't already have.

I would not give this company one star! Do not order from them!! I ordered in August and tomorrow is October 1 and still yet to receive my order! I wrote them many many times and they tell me the same old story! They took my money and sent me nothing! Scammers

I was skeptical but made the purchase anyway. So glad I did. The color I chose looks natural and matches my current color well. I wear pony tails alot at work, but they just look plain. Putting on the Juvabun gives me a more polished look and I think it gives me a nicer all over appearance. Very happy
