I only received 2 bottles of Juvia not 4 bottles.

Very efficient and helpful srevice
Very efficient service but most of all, Vicki was very helpful in offering advice plus she sent me a travel bottle which hadn't been included in my main order.

Juvia no longer working
I have been taking Juvia for almost two years with great success but the latest batch of the product seems to not be effective as it used to be. It appears to be a watered down version and no longer tastes the same. It is quite expensive and have noticed that the bottles are not being filled right to the top as well. My last order took much longer to arrive as it was shipped direct from England and only two bottles arrived. The company did rectify the discrepancy but again the delay as it was shipped direct from England again. The new formula is no longer working for me effectively and will have to seriously reconsider my two monthly subscription when it is due for renewal. Very disappointed.

Formula has changed, no customer service.
I initially found this supplement worked very effectively, but the recipe has now changed from the sweet, pleasant tasting formula to a thin, runny consistency with an unpleasant taste and is less effective. My subscription has not arrived and two emails to the company have not been answered. I’m really disappointed as it was such a great supplement at first.

Great company with excellent customer service, not to mention the super effective (delicious) Juvia! No more bloating for me when taking this - it tastes so good that it's a pleasure to have. Even good over ice cream! Thank you Juvia team.

Hello, we have made a small change to the formulation to make it easier to pour. This has slightly changed the flavour. Many people love it and a few don't. The effectiveness hasn't changed.
