The glasses are superb they feel like quality very well made and a fantastic accessory for every day wear. Don’t hesitate to order from this retailer. ❤️

Ordered a lucky bag for £10 ite. Damaged and so email two weeks ago and no response also received another order that did t fit so email to arrange return and refund and again no response at all shocking customer service and false representation Katie price advertises a goody bag full for just £10 which isn’t the case poor quality and ever poorer customer service

About your goodie bags I purchased a 25£ goodie bag and I received 3 pair of pants which are now only a 5er on sale on the selling site - very disappointing - no mixture or sets of clothing at all even though it’s 3 random items you would expect more

I would put zero if I could. Total misleading ad on Instagram from a celebrity lucky dips ad "quoting all this for a tenner" 5 items at least, so I decided to purchase one. Got what looked like a poorly made tacky top and bottoms. Sent them straight back (was sent a returns label) and no response to 5 emails requesting my refund! Absolutely disgusting company! Misleading and will be reporting to trading standards! Do not use.

If i could put zero stars I would , this company is an absolute joke , I ordered a dress , i could of got the same off the market , crap quality & sent it back @ my expense because they DO NOT answer emails , I sent it back about 3 weeks ago & still haven’t got my money back even though I’ve sent numerous emails !! Do not use this company !

Ordered the Katie price promotion which was £10, please people don't waste your money, got one pair of trousers, you DO NOT get all them clothes she's promoting, £15 wasted on total junk, these trousers would cost £8 at primark if that, very see through! False advertising at it's finest!

Do not buy from here. I returned a dress that was one size but came.up really large. Returned it as per their details. I have heard nothing from them and they won't reply to my emails. It wasn't a cheap dress so really not happy and I will be taking this further.

Scammer, false advertising ur £10 mystery bags ur opening a bigger bag advertising it as a £10 bag, received a pair of bottoms, ordered size large and received a 6 mayb 4!!

Ordered close on a month ago. No update, no response to queries. After seeing terrible reviews I asked for a refund and have been ignored. Avoid. Should have looked here first.

Delivery was very quick, but the content was awful, £10 for patterned baggy trousers, cheap material and threads of cotton hanging off all the seams, cheap rubbish, I would never order again, please stay clear off this ridiculous lucky bag

Where do I start.. Firstly I ordered it states 3-5 working days for delivery.. Well thats a joke 2 weeks later it arrived. (JYY LONDON said due to the heat delivery drivers was not taking parcels) Then clothes were to big (way to big) so I emailed for a returns label 5 emails later still no response.. Would I order again hell not.. Ive lost my hard working money to a scamming company DO NOT BUY... Ive emailed trading standards for advice because it seems the company is just taking peoples money and not keeping to sellers guidelines.

What a load of crap. Katie Price makes out that in a £10 lucky bag you receive three items. I have always been quite a big fan of hers so I believed her and ordered one. How disappointing, I received one pair of wide leg trousers that I could have bought on a market for a fiver or less. Poor quality and just crap. So disappointed. If I could have given zero stars then I would.
