Review: Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience
I checked the reviews before visiting this place and saw a mix of good and bad feedback. I decided to give it a chance, but honestly, I wish I had listened to the negative reviews.
First of all, their website has no prices listed and very limited information. They insist that you must come in person to get the details. It would have been much more helpful and transparent to know the costs beforehand instead of wasting time traveling there.
I informed them earlier that I would be 15 minutes late due to a train delay, which they acknowledged. When I arrived, only two attendants were working and both were busy. I didn’t mind waiting because I arrived late, but after waiting for about an hour, I asked when someone would attend to me. I was told “in a moment,” and when I asked how long that meant, they said it could be another hour—so about two hours of waiting in total, and even then they weren’t sure. This lack of clear communication was very frustrating. If they had told me the actual waiting time from the beginning, I would have managed my day differently.
The staff were also extremely unprofessional. The male staff member seemed irritated, impatient, and generally annoyed by everything. His tone and attitude made the whole situation worse.
The lady there also seemed very unsure and confused about many things, which honestly made me question how much experience she had. It didn’t make me feel confident or comfortable at all.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a website that doesn’t provide essential information like prices. I hope others have a better experience than I did, but mine was honestly very bad.
