5 star because last time when there was only few minutes left for the event to end I mailed to Kaido and asked to recharge ASAP before event ends and he did it actually. Keep up the good work!👍

The service is too late.It's been hours and hour that i have received the diamond. It's clearly written that you will recive the diamond with 0-20 minutes but it takes more then 7 8 hours and sometimes more then 12 hours.
If it does continue like this, very soon will lose customers.
Please fix it as soon as possible

I receive diamonds but very late, like literally 12-14-16 hours something like that. Customer service is just for name sake! I hope they fix this laziness and also fix their customer service.

Worst customer service ever . My order haven't been fullfilled even after 24 hours. Even if I write to them in WhatsApp and email , I'm still being ignored. If there is an option for zero stars I'd surely give them .

Very bad experience the owners are least bothered with their customers it's been almost 10hrs I've not received my order yet and even on texting them on WhatsApp there is no response I really don't recommend this store......😡

Slow and unresponsive. Even after 12 hours I am yet to received my orders. Borderline scam as they won't give your order unless you can catch them on WhatsApp

Since I'm recharging for continuous 2 month .I haven't receive any discount or coupon ..tq ..I would like to say ..give some offers or discount atleast some times..

Delivery speed is too slow for it to be a self-reliant top up store. The rates are good but the customer support is unsatisfactory. The packs do come but you gotta wait for a while.

Rate of the product is reasonable and cheap but some order takes time to received.
