Zero Results, Manipulative Tactics, and a CEO Who Blames the Client
I signed up with Kalendar AI to generate leads through outbound email using their “AI-optimized” platform. They promised appointment setting, performance improvement over time, and a rev share on closed business. Here’s what actually happened:
Over 108,000 emails were sent
26,000+ “engagements” (opens or clicks — no substance)
Zero positive replies
Zero booked meetings
The only responses I received were STOP or No
Despite following their optimization process and later adjusting the messaging myself (after weeks of zero traction), I saw no results. When I asked for a refund due to total non-performance, I received evasions, guilt-tripping, and stalling.
But the worst came from their CEO Ravi Vadrevu. After professionally requesting a resolution, he replied:
“It’s unfortunate you are resorting to this threatening behavior. You are asking us to force people to like what you are selling. No one can do that for you… Focus on selling something people want.”
So let’s get this straight:
Their platform underperformed by their own metrics
They refused a refund for a completely failed campaign
Then blamed me, the client, for not having something people “want”
The tone of this response was not just dismissive — it was insulting. It showed a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, or client care.
This wasn’t a bad fit — this was a confidence game wrapped in tech jargon. They sell AI buzzwords, overpromise, and when it fails, shift the blame to the customer.
If you're considering working with Kalendar AI, ask yourself:
Do you want to trust a company that responds to honest feedback and zero results by insulting the people who paid them?
Avoid this platform. Protect your business and your time.
🚨 Update – Data Manipulation + Account Disabled
When I logged in on Monday (04/14/2025), I discovered that my KalendarAI campaign dashboard had been silently altered. Where it had previously shown 26,000+ engagements, it now displayed just 3,060 — a massive revision with no notice, explanation, or transparency.
Even more concerning: my account had been disabled over the weekend after I posted my original review.
Throughout this process, Divya from KalendarAI repeatedly told me to “let the AI do its work,” while downplaying performance concerns by referencing how many days had passed — not the fact that over 108,000 emails had already been sent with zero booked meetings and only STOP or negative replies.
Now, with my account suddenly disabled and campaign data retroactively altered, it appears KalendarAI is attempting to rewrite the narrative — changing the numbers to make it look like the campaign was still in its early stages, and shift the blame to me for being “impatient.”
If this isn’t outright data manipulation, it’s at minimum a deliberate act of obscuring performance failure and avoiding accountability.
This is no longer just a disappointing experience — it’s now a pattern of:
Non-performance
Gaslighting
Retaliation
And possible falsification of results
Let this be a warning to any business owner or advisor considering their platform. Document everything. And proceed with extreme caution.
