Quick delivery with all the items well packed.

Placed an order for a qty of 23, however only 16 were delivered. Reported a query with the order and have not heard anything in the last 10 days.
Premium delivery took 4 days.

Didn’t receive an invoice or delivery note and when I tried to chase it up none of the ways of communicating from their website were valid I had to search the internet for contact details

U was really scared about ordering online as ive been scammed before but kandycrave is the best shop ive come across quick on delivery's always have stock and the items are so fresh, this is now my go to and I wnt go anywhere else. Thank you kandycrave

2 of the items ordered were ripped open meaning these could of been eaten and also not fresh, I have wrote in twice about it and not had a reply

Providing a product I find very difficult to get anywhere else. Fast delivery, well packaged and reasonably priced.

Ordered on 26th November and still haven’t received my order that has been paid for and they’re apparently still looking into it a week later, no one phones or emails back, I’ve been on the phone every day, breach of contract as was on a 48hr delivery, still waiting

Favourite sweets asked for by my grandson which he finds difficult to buy in his local home area.

Ordered items with express 1-2 day delivery. After 3 days, contacted customers services to request tracking information, only to be told that it hasn't left yet as it was being shipped on standard service. When I told her that I had paid for express delivery, she apologised and offered a refund for difference in shipping cost. This was no help to me as I needed it delivered by a certain date. In theory, it should have made it to me on time with standard shipping, but this too was nit to be the case. It finally left their warehouse 6 days after placing the order, which happened to be the day I needed it.
Items still not received a week later, as I write this review.
If you order from this company, don't rely on shipping times and allow at least 2 weeks.
