Do not buy
Firstly i got given the wrong tracking number,then it took 14 days for my order to arrive,I kept getting emails asking how they did but I hadn't even received my package and when I did receive my package which was a sky pet ball the box it was in was so buckled and bent,I plugged it in to charge it but it wont charge so I threw it in the bin,I will never buy from Kapsule again,if I could give them a zero star rating i would

Incredible customer service
I think what sets Kapsule apart is its customer service. I had a few questions about the product and then once the order was placed wanted to change something and it was incredible. I’m very impressed! Can’t wait to shop again.. my toes are warm from the slippers as I write this.

Prompt communication from customer service
I have given 5stars because the communication and support from Kapsule ,over a minor fault of an item I bought, was very much appreciated. Due to me being housebound with mobility issues Kapsule saw to the fault quickly. Thanks.

Quick, quality and shipping.
Quick, quality. And the shipping cost is the reason I came here, same items from a different vendor cost about 5 times the cost to ship.

Thanks for the review. Shipping cost is one of the things that pushed us to start Kapsule in the first place, so many NZ buyers were getting hit with absurd freight charges from offshore sellers. Glad we landed on the right side of that for you.
