Shopping card and checkout was poor, I was expecting to see more options, especially shipping or collect at local store.

Took a lot longer to arrive than expected.

Took a week to dispatch then over a week to arrive which due to the circumstances is understandable, the item itself is fantastic but a bit disappointing how look it took for them to actually ship the order

placed order on the 22nd as website stated they have stock of kaercher flexible hose. 4 days later and no delivery status on when I will receive order. Received email today from e-commerce team advising they are awaiting stock and a separate email from Alanna advising is has shipped though they cannot provide tracking data. Most likely because it has not shipped. Someone not telling the truth here and the communication response time is very poor. very poor experience. Requested refund which is proving difficult to obtain
