I ordered a beautiful woolen top not realising it was coming from China. When it eventually arrived, it was nothing like the top I ordered! It was polyester and a different, faded pattern. So cheap looking. I had paid £38 for this so I contacted them and although they replied quickly, they just keep repeating themselves about how if I want to return it it would cost the return postage to China as well as a $20 restocking deduction and it will take a long time and could be delayed or even lost!
After at least 10 emails back and forth I was ready to pay postage for the correct item to be sent however emails (5) since then have asked what is wrong with the order and would I like a review??
I give up.

I ordered a lovely jacket and received the wrong item.They will let me return it if I pay for shipment to China and a 20% restocking fee. After much going back and forth, they will now let me re-order what I bought and paid for at a discounted price.
Pure bait and switch.

Really happy with this. Fits well and the fabric feels comfortable all day. Good quality overall.
