I bought the counter top dishwasher for my daughters small flat, for Christmas. It broke after a few months and it seems the heating element has failed. My daughter emailed them, and got a response, but when she replied again, nothing. Months of no help or answers, even when she said she would buy a new element. I can't find the parts listed anywhere either, so a complete waste of nearly £200. Avoid this brand like the plague.
Dishwasher worked well for 3 months until it didn't. It was bought in March this year.
According to the problem section of the manual I needed to contact the company. I emailed 2 weeks ago.
I have heard nothing back.
Broke after less than a year, company wont respond.

Trying to get a hold of customer service in regards to the E6 error to get a replacement heating element,had one email and then no response, i have cancer and the dishwasher is a huge help for myself, it would be a shame to throw the dishwasher out as I've only had it a few months, please advise 🙏🏾

It's hard to know what sort of customer service you'll get when buying an unknown brand on Amazon, but these guys have seriously impressed me. I highly recommend this company.
