Dylan is the light at the end of my son's tunnel!!
After struggling with CFS/ME for three years it was progressively getting worse and my son was using two walking canes to get about because of joint pain. sleep was horrendous and mood swings with frustration of this were awful, there is no cure for this condition however a friend had suggested he tried something different....
He got cbd capsules and within 3 days he was walking without sticks, his joint pain has subsided quite a lot, he is sleeping better now and more chatty. Would definitely recommend and cannot thank Dylan enough for all of his help. 🙂

Update : karmacoast had solved the rare issue that happens with batteries, which isnt there fault, speaking to them over the phone was how every businesses customer service should be. these are the things that seperate the business that have long term customers and dont, and karma coast have definitely won me over. they will be my go to.

So when i first got my product from karma coast i was impressed, the cbd is to a very high standard and you notice it, its the best on the market ive tried, didn’t have a problem with the product and thought it was worth its high ticket. However, a couple of days after having my pen it had became harsher on my throat, had a burnt flavour and become harder to pull. i spoke to karmacoast and they were friendly and told me to return the product, so they could give a solution to this problem and send it back to me. It’s arrived to me today, still harsh on your throat and burnt tasting, whilst also smelling like burnt chemicals, none of which were issues at the start.

Just when I thought these guys couldn’t get any better they proved me wrong! I have had a subscription for over a year now. This month there was going to be a delay due to high demand. I was contacted immediately and offered the options of waiting for new batch or trying another strain. I chose to wait. It didn’t arrive when expected so I emailed. Immediate response from Dylan saying he’d posted it so he’d look into it. Next day he emailed again to say it had been lost in the post but he would sort a new order. The new order was hand delivered the next day. And the best bit? The new cartridges are even bigger! First rate customer service. I cannot recommend these guys (or their products) highly enough. They are amazing.

I have been taking sleeping tablets for years and years the Doctor decided to take me off them as they are classed now as dangerous drugs slowly after 5 months I managed it very hard to do. I was left being unable to sleep at all I lay awake all night long eventually getting up at 2am….5am absolutely exhausted. I had bought the milk from karma coast and the oil but was scared to take it mixing it with medication. In sheer desperation I decided to take 3drops of milk in a little water couldnt Believe I slept straight through the night never been known for me, thinking this was perhaps a one off thing I took some last night the same thing happened slept right through waking up without feeling groggy from tablets. I still can’t believe it all those months I could have been taking it.
This morning I sent away to karma coast for more supplies milk, soap, and ointment for aches and pains. I would recommend anyone one of you to give it a try it works really does.

Delivery was prompts, but most importantly I loved the packaging which was top notch! The pen and cartridge are good quality and I like how you put the cartridge in a separate sealed pouch. Will wait for feedback from the used based on effect, but will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you!

Can’t say enough about these guys. The customer service is second to none. My package went astray in the post. I immediately assumed this was another scam company, although I had done my best to check them out prior. I need not have had any worries. Mt email was responded to very positively, assuring me of a duplicate order. Followed up with a wonderful phone call from Dylan as he needed to offer me an alternative strain as my original order was now out of stock. Brilliant choices offered. And it all dropped through my letterbox the next morning. I can’t thank you enough. Really this company cares about its customers. And I will definitely be reordering. Online order for CBD tea following a colleague raving about it. My husband absolutely loves the tea, really good to help with getting a deep sleep and feeling rested. He’s also noted it’s helping with some pain relief - general aches and pains have been lessened (possibly due to much better rest/sleep).

Can’t say anything bad about Karma Coast - much prefer to buy from a local shop too!
