I used Karpadu to rent a car in Chania, Crete. I feel like the car I got wasn’t really worth the money I paid for it but it did the job. The one thing I wasn’t too happy about were the instructions - they listed two companies to look for when in the end it was a different one I had to find which I found when I calles the number that was given. Apart from that, checking in and out was very fast and smooth so at least there was that.

Best car rental experience ever in Crete! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I rented from Kapardu and got a super clean Kia Picanto - perfect, efficient and spotless. They picked me up directly from the airport, pick-up was super easy and fast, no hassle at all. The staff was incredibly friendly and very responsive on WhatsApp, everything was clear and professional. Honest, reliable, and great value. If you need a car in Crete, I would recommend Kapardu anytime! Thank you for making our Crete experience so exceptional!

We are arrived at the airport with one hour delay, because the flight was delayed, . The driver of the van who came to pick us up , asked us for €60 to drop us to pick our car up. Although on our email they never mentioned that we have to pay, on the booking was mentioned free transfer from the airport to our car. The driver was rude he said to husband if he doesn’t pay the €60 he will not drop to pick the car up , and of course we had to agree because after 23:00 o clock with two young kids we had no choice.

Update: After reviewing this with our partner, we can confirm the total amount you paid matches exactly what was quoted and agreed before your trip - there was no overcharge. The airport transfer itself was free, as stated in your booking. The €60 collected at pickup was the late/out-of-hours arrival fee, which was already included in your total price - it should never have been presented as a charge for the transfer. That mislabeling, combined with how it was demanded, is not acceptable, especially at that hour with your children present. We're addressing this directly with our partner to make sure any amount due at pickup is explained clearly and correctly, with nothing presented as a surprise.

Great car rental service with competitive pricing and simple terms for renting and no hidden costs or surprises. Car was nice and in great condition. Also the airport staff was really friendly with a great service. I would recommend this company for sure!

Everything was perfect. I was picked up from the airport and driven back there at the end of my trip. Everything was explained to me clearly and in detail. The service was friendly, professional, and very convenient. I highly recommend this car rental company!

I rent a car in Crete everything was good. just didt go on balos rent a scooter for 35euro it will be faster then car or anything else event jeep didnt go as fast as our scooter becasue they have to wait beahinde other cars
