Estelle is a fantastic practitioner.
Being in what was a busy space (at a demonstration fayre rather than her usual clinic space) she made the Thai Massage environment cosy and intimate so that all outside distractions were blocked out.
It was clear that Estelle was listening to my body/energy and could hone in on the areas that needed more manipulation/palpation.
She made every part of the massage comfortable and easy, softly offering words when needed (eg instructions for body repositioning) and allowed the relaxed feeling to continue to flow uninterrupted.
I felt incredible after the Thai Massage and could have happily carried on with it all afternoon.

Estelle is an incredible therapist with amazing talent and skill in this area. I kept an open mind as it was my first time with this kind of therapy and I was slightly nervous. The session, however, was amazing. I went deep and the aftermath has been a really radical transformation. I now have no tightness in my chest.

It was a deep process of experiencing, healing and realisation and then the appropriate actions just naturally occurred ... quite magical! There have been lots of changes, and the feelings of sadness have completely lifted. The area we worked on was rooted in deep trauma and working through this 8n this way has helped me so much. Highly recommended.

Amazing Thai yoga massage with Estelle! Estelle made sure I was comfortable throughout and applied the perfect amount of pressure. She was totally present and worked intuitively finding all my areas of tension. I felt relaxed during the whole experience and after like all my tension had melted away.
