Fraudulent company, advertises as a 'London' shop with DPD two day delivery, its only when you order that you get a tracking ID with some unknown chinese courier thats going to take weeks to arrive.

Then you get to wait for ages for a substandard product to arrive on your doorstep.

When you want to return the item, they offer a discount instead (not sufficent for the lacking quality) and then when you push for a return address, of course its in China which makes it uneconomical to return it.

AVOID!

If I could choose 0 I would. I ordered two items for Xmas on the 3rd December. 1 item arrived on xmas eve and the other in January. Both items were extremely poor quality. I was initially engaged by customer service asking for a "waybill" and when I provided evidence of purchase they just went quiet and still aren't responding to this day. On further inspection, most of the items can be purchased across the internet and are cheap/poor quality coming in from China. Beware!!!

Avoid this retailer, very poor quality and not representative of the photos. Avoids communication and no help with returns. Having to use credit card company to charge back. Waited an age for delivery and then the goods that turned up were nothing like the metallic coat on the website photos. Very misleading. The garments couldn't be any cheaper in quality.

Only placed an order as I stupidly didn’t read the reviews first,and was taken in by thinking the company was based in the UK.Confirmation of order email informed me the coat in question was being shipped from China! Ordered 2 weeks ago and to add to my misery is apparently being given to Evri,who in my area are less than useless! The website states orders sent Royal Mail tracked,total lie ! Don’t be taken in like me,this is a scam !

Ordered a top for my wife birthday which is tomorrow still not arrived from ordering 3 weeks ago can't get hold of anyone been scammed money down beware !!!!

Please don’t be taken in. This is not a UK based shop despite the website trying to convince you it is. Also it displays positive Trustpilot reviews but it doesn’t exist on Trustpilot! Very very deceptive. Items sent are not the same as in the photos and extremely poor quality.
