We would like to clarify that all cancellations are processed only after an internal verification across our systems. When you raised this concern, your account was promptly paused from our end. However, one of the payments had already been in process at that time, which is why it was still deducted.

As discussed, our manager has already been in touch with you regarding this matter. Following that conversation, we carried out a thorough internal review across all relevant departments to investigate the issue in detail.

After completing our checks, we proceeded with processing the full refund of the outstanding amount. We trust that this has now been resolved to your satisfaction.

We would like to clarify that, following your concern, our QC department carefully reviewed the session recordings. The tutor was present for the lesson; however, a link swap issue caused confusion. This was identified and addressed immediately that day.

To ensure there was no further disruption, we arranged a replacement tutor for your future lessons. In addition, we took extra steps to enhance your experience by assigning a teaching assistant to monitor each session—ensuring timely joining, proper lesson delivery, and adherence to a personalised lesson plan tailored to your needs.

As per your request, we also paused your billing while resolving the issue.
