Service was prompt and effecient. I was notified of delivery and when the parcel came it was so well wrapped, a nice indication of how much the staff value their product and client satisfaction. Will do business with them again...

Still not have received my order.
Courier arrived at the factory to pick up my order which was not ready.
Excessive delivery fee to Australia compared to other similiar businesses in the UK.
Wrote to Kate of Kensington and received a poor excuse, which did not answer my questions.
Will not order again.

I haven’t received the items I’ve ordered. It was meant to be delivered tonight between 7 And 9 but hasn’t turned up. Considering I’ve paid for delivery I was expecting the parcel to arrive within a week

Bought a selection of sizes as presents but ended up keeping more for myself! Useful as mats, platters, cutting boards or simply to cheer up a dull surface. High quality, colourful, fun, easy to clean and complimented by everyone.

Items arrived very promptly, good quality well priced no problems at all with purchase.

I already have a large bee platter and two small ones, but wanted to give something beautiful to a special friend as a birthday gift. Each piece is unique because of the material used and I get so much pleasure every day from having these in my kitchen. I think this is the most beautiful depiction of bees I have ever seen - a really lovely design, and know that it will be well received.

Added to our set of platters with some delightful Christmas designs and free coasters.

Fast service

The leadtime for the marble tile was not clearly shown when I placed my order (it is apparently in the small print somewhere on the website it says they are made to order), but when I contacted the customer service team they helped follow up my order. Sadly the courier then took ages to deliver on to me so it was late for my sister's birthday.
However, the customer service team at KofK have contacted me since, I made contact with them to make sure the parcel was delivered and that I was happy with it; I'm quite impressed with their attitude to customer service.
Very nice product, just need to wary of delivery times.
