These are the "Cool Guy" Jeans! Super-Unique and something you wouldn't see everywhere, because they are Japanese denim. Totally hip! My brother is a HUGE fan of their clothing and HK is my go-to spot every time I need a gift for him! The quality is incredible and the washes are so unique. Also I love that they are American-made but use Japanese denim...super-cool. I've had an incredible experience with their customer service, too. Every time I've reached out with questions or product clarifications I've gotten a super-fast response and everyone has been really accommodating. I've found their return policies to be fair, and they also have GREAT sales - esp around Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas! Just picked up a couple pairs over the past couple months and can't wait to surprise my brother!! :)

Purchased a pair of Pen Slim Stretch Selvedge Jeans in the ‘Rain’ colourway (waist 40). The jeans were a poor fit on my thigh and calves, and seem to be designed for men with a stick figure, despite the waist being appropriate size.

I then found out they don't accept international returns - leaving me out of pocket - as these are very expensive jeans.

Kato should not be selling Int'l if it is unwilling to accommodate international returns, it's irresponsible; especially as a purveyor of denim garments where oftentimes a few returns are necessary to achieve the right fit! They sell high-end priced garments and can't accommodate an international return? To me that's a big mistake for any retailer to make, and demonstrates a lack of customer care.

Disappointing experience, and unlikely to return. I don't recommend this brand to international customers with their current T&Cs.

I used to shop exclusively at Neiman Marcus, now I shop almost exclusively here.

Same quality clothes at a third of the price.

Love their organic selection and US made options.

I regret to inform you that my experience with HIROSHI KATO jeans has been deeply unsatisfactory. Despite returning a pair of jeans that did not meet my expectations, the company accused me of using them and refused the return. This is not the kind of treatment any customer deserves. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this company, particularly if unsure about their sizing or preferred style. It's disheartening to feel taken advantage of and to have wasted $209 on ill-fitting jeans

Update: I have ask for a supervisor to contact me at least 5x without any response. I have now forward my case to the State of California Attorney General office
