Ordered item from Shopify - they emailed me it was not available and i would be credited the return. 2 months later, nothing. The website no longer works.

If I could give zero stars it would accurately reflect my experience. I ordered the Kavio PrintX printer for $59 which was debited from my banking account the same day. I never received this item and could not find any accurate information to contact them. At one point, I received an email stating that I was being given a $59 refund because there had been an issue with my order. I never received the refund, no surprise! I was told in the email I could keep the item I did receive. What item? Perhaps it was the tiny usb cord I received from someone in NY who I did not know. So disgusted with this scam 😡

They ripped me off claim they had not been able to process my money but yet they gave me a full refund to remote control drones they flat out lied false advertisement and I have filed a complaint with Facebook and I will go further

I only have one star because zero was not an option! I ordered a sticker printer for $59 and they charged me right away…by the time the “delivery “ came nearly a month later, it was a tiny envelope with a USB cable and no way to contact to alert them. I’m out $59 because it had been so long from the initial purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are a fraud company advertising on instagram.

Ordered a battery operated scooter from Kavio for $220 on Sept 2, 2025. 10 minutes after the sale, I cancelled my order. I received and email the next morning advising me that I could not cancel my order as it was shipped the night before (no tracking information was provided) I sent a reply, demanding that my order be cancelled and my $220 be credited. After inviting several government agencies and Chase Bank Fraud Department to review my interstate transaction, I received an email from the seller advising me that they would credit their charge and that I could keep whatever was shipped to me. 15 days later, no item was received and Chase Bank-Visa is crediting my account while their Fraud Department continues with their investigation, along with other government agencies. Beware, I was lucky.

I order 2 drones from this site through Facebook. They charged me for it the a couple of days later they sent new an email that they could not fulfill order and are going to credit my card. I haven’t gotten a refund and cannot get a response from email or an answer when I call their number.

KAVIO.com advertises they have a 4.86 Trustpilot rating…
So why is my 1 star the only one showing up?
