Friendly and easy to work with.
Kayo has been handling our warehousing and fulfilment for over a year now. They are friendly and easy to work with. Swift and friendly response to messages. Always, adding improvments to their backend systems. I definitely recommend.

Kayo3PL is better than any other 3PL in USA & Canada
We moved to Kayo3PL after struggling to find a company that could meet our expectations and deliver on standard timeframes and expectations. They have exceeded our expectations in pricing, delivery, communication and knowledge of their industry. We can feel at ease knowing they know how to best solve problems and communicate updates. We have been with 2 of the very well known companies in USA and Canada prior and have been shocked at how poorly their service, delivery and anything in-between was, hence seeking an alternative and moving to Kayo3PL. Whether you're new to needing a 3PL or struggling with your current provider, you will be happy you swapped to Kayo3PL :)

Daily inventory updates, fast shipping on orders and inquiries dealt with in a timely manor. Small businesses are alway juggling, it nice not to have to worry about fulfilment.
