I recently purchased the Adam keyboard…

I recently purchased the Adam keyboard and was excited to use it for the first time.
During the building process I realized I was missing a switch (no big deal). I contacted the company and requested a switch. The company accused me of possibly losing it somewhere. I informed them that I have searched the entire area I built the keyboard, and found nothing. They told me they were sending extra switches.
Moving forward,
My monitor had not come in, so I hadn’t gotten the chance to use the keyboard after building it. Once I plugged it in, only half the keyboard was responding. I took it apart and rebuilt it, and still the same thing. I contacted the keyboard company and requested a return and a refund, and Instead of accepting my offer, they kept offering me solutions I did not want. Nor did they give me my 120$ back. I won’t be buying from this company in the future and I am disappointed in the customer service provided.

My experience with the support staff!

I purchased a DIY 65% keyboard and it came very quickly and shipped with as much bubble wrap and boxed super well. The shipment came within 2 weeks over seas to where I am located in the US. After putting it together I realized one of the keys in the pcb was not working. After debugging with the support on Discord the staff concluded that the pcb was faulty and sent over a brand new substitute pcb. The pcb was out of stock at the time, but the staff communicated it well and after a couple days a new one was shipped to me. The support staff is super communicative and very friendly and willing to work with you help solve your issues.

Thanks KBDFANS would purchase from this site again

TLDR; the support was super good, they wherer very helpful in chat and with them I was able to resolve my problem! Anyway I just wanted to say thanks so much beacuse the lady that helped me out in the support caht was really informative, she understude what was happening and she was also really patient.So Just know that with KBDfans support your coverd! :DD Good luck to you all and have a great day : )

So to start I was kinda dumb.... I was so happy when i got my new PCB and the first thing i did was plug it in. everything looked right but i though i had to flash it ( now i know that it already had the firmware on it so i did not have to flash it but yeah) and so I did... I did not eject it tho : 0 so after that my PCB was kinda dead. So with dead I mean that as soon as I pluged it in it would show up as a USB flash drive without me pressing the "reset" botton and I tried flashing it various times but the PCB would not revive. the RGB would not turn on and the VIA app would not regognise it at all. So with the support caht they helped me out on trying to flash it again with another file and then it stoped showing up as a flash drive unless i pressed the "reset" botton but it still did not work. I forgot to say that I mostly have Macs so I was doing everything in a Mac. Turns out that was the problem...In the support chat they told me to try in windows... so i got my 13 year old toshiba ( the only Windows computer I have), the lady helping me out was really patient with me while my old windows laptop took its sweet 20 min to turn on, So I flashed the PCB again and instantly... IT WORKED!

Wide range of well priced Products with one of the best customer service I experienced.

Wide range of products with extremely fast shipping from China to EU within 5 days. The Customer Service was extremely helpful when I asked if I could add products to my existed order to avoid paying shipping double and even reminded me that the products I wanted to add and pay for, were in a bundle which I purchased they helped me to avoid "costly" a mistake even tho they could have made more money. That's what I call an outstanding customer service (they replied within one business day.) Shipping to EU cost 20$ so I will use it again but for larger orders (not up to them)

Incredible keyboards and incredible customer service!

I'm new to mechanical keyboards and accidentally wiped my new pre-assembled & soldered tofu65. Alice at KBDFans was very patient and walked me through how to disassemble and manually reset the PCB and reflash the software. I've never seen customer service like this before and will be a KBDFan for life. Not to mention, their keyboard builds are the highest quality! Absolutely love mine, plan on buying many more in the future!

Dumb hidden import fees

Dumb import tax fees that are not listed on the website. They should be listen on the website. It doesn't tell you anywhere that it may come with import fees or anything like that. Thank god I bought the 360$ keyboard with a stolen paypal acc :-). Hope that they chargebacked.

Great customer service.
I bought the KDB67lite r4 kit and FedEx lost the package. They had it for a long time pending doing the international screening.
I sent FedEx an email with the contents of the packages, pictures, and the order hoping that would solve it. But they later reported the package was lost.
Route didn’t want to cover the costs because it happened after their 30day protection timeframe.

Fortunately, Jean from KBDFans support agreed to send me a replacement through DHL which arrived promptly without any issues.

I built it and everything works like a charm.

Disappointed

Storytime:

So I ordered the PBTFans WoB keycaps set from their website and the set was IN STOCK and ready to be shipped. Right away I got an email that they have packed the product and it was good to go and I got a tracking code aswell. Everything looks good so far except the package takes 2 weeks to arrive at my house... Well I guess shipping from China to Finland is slow and I accept the wait no problem.

2 weeks go by and the tracking code still says the product hasn't left from their warehouse. I go to check their website and the keycap set is out of stock and will restock in one week. I send message to their website to ask whats up with the order and they tell me to wait just a little bit more. At this point I was still ready to wait because I havent even managed to build the rest of my keyboard yet so keycaps were not the priority here(except at this point KBDfans had already gotten my money well over 2 weeks ago and product was no were near to be seen)
One more week go by and the keycaps should be in stock now according to their website... but no, the restock date had gone even further from the previous promised date. Now I contact the support again and and it turned out the package had been sitting in their storage packed and ready to be shipped this whole time (over 3 weeks) but they havent shipped it because they are waiting the SPACEBAR kit to restock so they could ship them aswell.
The thing is I didnt even order the spacebar kit but for some reason they are waiting other products that my order didnt even contain to restock in order to ship my product that has been packed and sitting ready in their shelf for over 3 weeks now?!
When I ask about it why they are doing this I get only silence from them. Very sketchy business from KBDfans.

I have used their products before and they are good, just avoid purchasing anything directly from their website. 2 stars in this review comes from their chat service and how fast it was to cancel the order and I got my money back under 20 minutes through paypal after I contacted I want them to cancel this order.
After this I ordered the exact same keycap set from a retailer and got it on my doorstep in 3 days.

I ordered the kbd67 lite r4 off of their group buy. They sent me the wrong color which isn't a big deal initially since I thought it would be a easy fix. However after contacting them and informing them they just claim that the color I received was in fact the right color (even thought it was indeed the wrong one) and proceeded to waste my time by gaslighting me trying to convince me that some how this greenish keyboard is the blue keyboard I ordered. I got the vibe that they just didn't want to replace the case for me which I would have thought I could just trade in the one I have for the correct one, but I guess that was too much to ask for.

Best Keyboard Store

Kbdfans has the best costumer service I have ever experienced. Their Keyboards are extremely high quality and affordable. I would give this company even more stars if I could and I don't understand why anyone would give below 5 stars.

just terrible

I ordered a $530 keyboard and never got it I tried customer support but they didn't care about it. In addition, import fees into the EU are high the website didn't state that there were fees I had to spend an additional $200 to import it into the EU and I still never got it delivered to me

This company is a joke!

This company is a joke!
I purchased a keyboard kit (Tofu65Acrylic with PCB and Plate) I then realised that it will NOT have underflow, images on website are misleading.

I return in. they do not reimburse initial shipping $70, I then have to pay $136 to ship back to them. I explain this to customer service and am told "I can't do anything".

from my $380 purchase I will see less than HALF back, when I follow the return process, do not open it, do It on the day of receiving it.

THIS IS NOT OKAY!
