K Charles Haulage Ltd Opiniones

Very helpful, accommodating and competitive on price.

Contact, advise, updates and service, all were 5 star and I would highly recommend the Company and Peter. Will definitely use again.

Wiktor helped us when another carrier failed to collect 9 pallets at the last minute. He quickly found a new transport solution and organized everything without delays. Thanks to his fast response and good communication, the shipment was delivered on time. He is reliable, professional, and very easy to work with

K Charles helped us with moving our warehouse stock from Manchester to Luton on very short notice and their pricing was very competitive as well. I especially appreciate that their sales team kept me informed throughout the process and solved any issues before they caused problems on our side. Will definitely book with them again.

Great service and professional approach

Great communication and on time haulage! Recommend!

Used them last month and honestly couldn't be more relieved. There were some initial hiccups with the collection window getting pushed back, but they were straight on the phone, kept me updated throughout and sorted it without me having to chase. Delivery landed exactly when they said it would.
After dealing with a string of companies that either go quiet or make excuses, finding someone who just handles it, is a massive relief. Professional, responsive, and they clearly give a damn.
Would use again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Simple to book, very efficient and helped with any queries.

Great service, no more, no less. Special thanks to Victor, who got me out of a difficult situation because my original transport booking with another haulier let me down. They sorted the collection within 2 hours for next day delivery of a full truckload, and at a reasonable charge. Thanks.

Will definitely use again if I need a truck in the future.

Had a last minute move sorted by Brandan and his team, everything went smoothly can highly reccomend.

First time customer, using K Charles on, to be honest, not the most simple of runs - in fact, it was a pain!
However, K Charles provided the absolute best service, communication and the driver was spot on.
We will definitely be using them again in the future!

first of all VICTOR FIGURSKI now this is a star if there ever is one over at K Charles haulage ltd. he personally took charge of my dilemma and saw it threw to the very end . after i was let down by a previous haulage company . one email and phone call and VICTOR went put of his way to make sure my load was delivered. from getting a driver to booking drop of at the port and even going above and beyond to liaise with the shipping company at the port . aspects of delivery of a container for shipping that i did not know about were solved even before they became an issue . K Charles Haulage ltd is the best that i have worked with so far and i will definitely be booking with them again , from the work put in by VICTOR FIGURSKI i can assure u that the rest of there team WILL be up to the task . just a pity that i cant rate them 10 stars cause they are deserving of it
service- top notch
