I have send Air cargo within 7 days delivered in Pakistan

I handed over my cargo to Kashmir Cargo Services on 6 December for delivery to Karachi, with a clear assurance that it would be delivered before 25 December (12 working days).

When I called on 20 December to check the status, I was shocked to learn that the cargo had only been dispatched from London on 19 December, which was far later than what I was promised at the time of booking. I was told that flight was delayed from London and I was never informed before hand about the delay

After the cargo reached Pakistan, there were no clear or proactive updates about its whereabouts. I was told the parcel was in Islamabad customs and assured it would be delivered by Monday 29th, but it has still not been delivered.

What made the experience worse was the poor attitude and lack of responsibility. Staff were rude and repeatedly told me to “speak to the person who booked your cargo” instead of taking ownership of the issue. That person has not contacted me again, despite the incorrect information given at the time of booking.

I spoke to three different people, and each gave a different explanation, which shows a serious lack of coordination and professionalism.

They seem very responsive when taking bookings and payments, but once the cargo is handed over, customer support is extremely poor. I would not recommend this service, especially for important or time-sensitive shipments.

I wish there was zero star that I could give to there service

I am really very happy with service. Parcel is about to reach on time. Staff is very cooperative and helpful in tracking my parcel. I will highly recommend their courier services if any one wants to send international parcels.

Uk Derby KCS HAS Poor communication with poor understanding. Rude Manager ..my parcel got delayed and no updates had been given

It was Eid parcel for family. But he didn't discuss any options he said he can't do anything.
My parcel is still not arrived yet and no updates have been received.
Where is my parcel ??

Very disappointing service. Cargo reached late which is understandable as there were difficulties in Middle East. When finally cargo reached Pakistan, it went to Lahore instead of required destination. Handlers in Lahore called receiver and demanded more money and claimed that cargo is booked only up to Lahore. Then asked for rental if receiver doesn’t pick up. After challenging reduced charge to 600 PKR from few thousands which sounds very dubious.
I must say pick up service was superb but afterwards it was quite a mental torture. Will never use this company again.
After few months company is asking for more information. I have already given the exact information. It’s the handlers in Pakistan who messed up a bit and demanded more money. Parcel while clearly destined for Chakwal was sent to Lahore. Sounds very suspicious. Then calling the receiver to pick up from Lahore or pay more money. Sounds like someone was trying to make money. Company should investigate.

Rip off company lost all my stuff and no compensation at all.

Had a parcel sent across from the uk to jaipur. My parcel arrived within 8 working days. Door to door service. Cant thank them enough! Great service will be using them regularly for sure. Recommend without any reservation

Absolutely the worst service.

Please refrain from using their service. They are a total ripoff.

It took more than 2 months to arrive and to make the experience worst, more than half of the products were missing and the packaging box was completely smashed.

Some missing items were dry fruits, multiple handbags, perfume, and even clothes like shirts, jackets, socks etc.

Upon calling them, they blamed the customer and the customs instead of accepting their fault and incompetence.

Highly not recommended and to anyone who wants to waste their money and get their goods stolen are welcome to avail their service.
