KD Supplies Opiniones

Can not recommend highly enough, Great price, Great communication and very helpful nothing was too much trouble for Darrell. Will buy any further air con units in the future from him.

Perfect service and quick delivery, I'll be back.

From initially looking at ordering a unit from KD Supplies where i posted a question on a Saturday and got an almost immediate answer the service and response has been exemplary. Ordering and delivery were excellent despite use living in a difficult to get to location and when we had an issue with the unit they, and the manufacturer, engaged quickly to help diagnose the issue. The problem warranted replacing the unit which again was dealt with amazingly and quickly delivered. I can't imagine dealing with a better company.

If I could give 6* I would. It is so refreshing to find a company that not only offers great prices but also fantastic service. Darrell has gone the extra mile many times and really goes out of his way to make for the perfect Customer experience. His knowledge seems endless, his responsiveness is second to none and his focus on trying to give the very best in Customer satisfaction is amazing. You will not find better than KD Supplies!

Great communication throughout, letting me know when my air con unit was due, time of arrival on day etc. would buy from them again.

I had an issue with an appliance that was 8 months old. Darrell provided great customer service in getting our issue resolved under warranty at zero cost. Darrell worked hard to get the best outcome for me and provided clear updates throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Competitive prices, great customer service with quick response times from Darrell and happy to help where needed, 100% recommend and will be using them again.

Excellent communication, very responsive to queries be it on the phone or online/email. Darrell goes above & beyond to ensure the whole process runs smoothly from order through to delivery. Always on hand to answer any questions that we had along the way.

Would highly recommend KD Supplies, from start to end it has been a positive experience. Hope to deal with them again in the future.

Great stuff Darrell, Powrmatic air con arrived first thing in the morning and was fitted in just a few hours , thumbs up. Phil

Zero response. Called multiple times. Rubbish. Fake rating? Do not use.

Excellent service from Darrell who answered my questions about the Powrmatic Vision VertiCool 3.1 with great patience. He handled the order and a supplementary one very efficiently and the unit arrived, very well packed, on the day specified.
