Trust me when I say this: Keeks is the absolute best place to go for absolutely beautiful pre-loved luxury items. Their selection of bags is by far the best I’ve seen, the bags and other items are always in gorgeous condition, and their prices are amazing. They also have an awesome consignment or buy-out process, too. It’s smooth, simple and always fair. They have a loyal following of repeat customers, and there’s no question why. Beyond the beauty of their bags (it’s literally like a bag museum!), the staff is incredible! Literally every person I’ve worked with - and I’m there a lot - is especially helpful, patient, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. It’s always a pleasant experience. And I genuinely think they are running an exceptional business and making many friends along the way. I 🩷Keeks so much!!! And you will, too. Trust me!

I purchased a handbag from them and I put my things in. It went to Work and felt like it was too large and I did not like it that much and it was pretty expensive so I came home that afternoon, I took my things out of it and went back to my older purse, which I love And kept it in my closet just hanging never used it again so the other day I went to back to Keeks and thought I’d try to sell it so I can purchase another purse. I dropped it off and the gentleman said in a text questionable authenticity??? I replied excuse me I purchased that purse here , then I told him I was waiting inside the store. If he could bring me my purse then he walked out and I said what does that mean he said oh it’s a little worn out. I said, I purchased it like this from you. I used it one time and it’s been hanging in my closet. He handed me my purse turned around and walked away. What the hell! I will never buy from them again and if you are buying from them, be careful.!!

Largest selection of high-end bags and shoes I have ever experienced. Beautiful retail store with dozens of display cases so you can see all the merchandise. No pushy sales staff which was wonderful. Sherryl helped me and was patient, knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with. I am originally from NYC and this was my first time visiting KEEKS and will definitely not be my last. Exceeded my expectations.
