Great experience!
I bought a sofa from Keens Outlet. It was my first time buying from this business and they were a delight to deal with. The shop staff were friendly and very helpful and the 2 delivery guys were great!

Excellent quality and service
The team were great, very helpful. I ordered a bed and mattress, the quality is amazing. When my order was ready for delivery, they held on to it for a month until I was ready to receive it.

Great company to deal with. Beautiful high quality furniture. Cathy was great to work with choosing the right sofa, and they were able to source me a sideboard that I had seen in a competitor retailer, but at a much more competitive price. Five stars all round.
