Not only does he have valuable experience in the music industry but he also doesn't have a set style of helping you. He does listen to your needs and then uses his tools to help guide you to a better place. All of the doubts I had vanished after just one session. I could see how he is valuable for anyone at any level. And he is a nice guy!

Ross never tells me what to do, he were finding out what are the challenges and given me a lot of informations. This made me understand what do I need and what kind of action I should take. The coaching also made me understand value in terms of my way it does helps on regular plannings/achievements and the mood adjustment. Shout out to Ross da COACH!

I first met Ross on a Music panel, after hearing his experience in the industry I knew I had to connect. Ross has honestly helped me at one of the darkest points of my life, for this I am grateful.

His coaching style is down to earth, fun and enlightening. His help has enabled me tick off my goals not only in my career but in my everyday life. It’s given me a chance to be in tune with myself and allow to give my self the patience and kindness to help fulfill what’s needed to help me flourish. His consistency in checking in with a phone call, text really helps give me the motivation. Let’s not forget the enthusiastic messages when I’ve succeeded / not succeeded, regardless he is present!

Ross is compassionate, a fantastic listener, direct when he needs to
be, has brilliant ideas, great at visualisation, and an all-round awesome human!

My introduction to Ross was interesting. A very close friend of mine had been receiving life coaching from Ross over a period of few months, I had noticed some positive changes in my friend so decided to ask directly what was inspiring these changes and what help he was
getting. At the time I had no clear or obvious reason for coaching, however I was so impressed with the changes in my friend that I asked to be introduced to Ross.

Ross is calm and brilliant listener. Helped me figure out what’s important in life, what I want, how to focus myself on only what’s important and provided me with the accountability needed to ensure I
kept to my plan. Over the following months I identified my bad habits
replacing them with new habits and the framework of confidence needed
to continue to improve day by day. I’m now a far improved version of
myself. Less alcohol, quit smoking, focused only on my family, work
and life goals, and have re-found my hyper positivity which was lost
during covid.

I would recommend Ross to anyone looking to make meaningful change in
their lives.

I will re engage Ross in the near future to unlock my next level of potential.

Ross is a great teacher, if you feel your stuck in a rut, this guy can pull you out of it. He's helped me gain a more positive mindset and gave me the focus I needed. I found my experience a very positive one and actually found him much more then just a life couch, he's a good therapist too I would highly recommend Ross to any one.

say I’m pretty good at knowing how to keep my mind and body healthy. What I am not so good at is keeping at it.

I’d reached a place of feeling completely stuck. I simply couldn’t muster any motivation and given I am in my late fifties, it’s more important than ever that I look after myself before everything seizes up.

I’m learning to love life and being blessed with my first grandchild (hopefully more to follow) I want to be around for a good while yet.

A healthy routine was needed, I was ready, but a jump start was in order.

I had not tried life coaching before and didn’t know what to expect. After a discovery call with Ross, I started to understand a little more but given my track record, I didn’t rate my chances of long-term success.

That was six months ago and so much has changed for me, most noticeably my attitude. I’m achieving what to wanted to do practically daily and not to impress or complete a six-month challenge but because I want to and of course I feel 100% better for it. It’s like the on switch has been flicked in my head.

Ross is so calm, easy going, supportive and intuitive. He holds the sessions in a very relaxed way, is highly skilled at his profession and is genuinely rooting for you because he knows you will achieve your goal/s and it doesn’t take long for you to realize that for yourself.

I cannot recommend Ross’ service highly enough. It’s one of the wisest decisions I’ve made in my life and one that has put me on the path to becoming the best version of myself.

Through our 1-on-1 coaching sessions, Ross helped me return back to me. The experience was more than I could have ever asked for and subsequently Ive realigned my dreams and ambitions back to what truly makes me happy. It's not easy to open up especially when you're not used to doing it, but this is what is so great about Ross as a person and as a coach. He makes you feel so comfortable and at ease but the session has purpose and meaning. And by the end of the session I had uncovered some surprising hiden truths that could have never been brought to the light. It truly was a transformative session and I will be going back for more.

Ross has been working with me since before christmas and has helped me to get back into a brilliant flow state and solid routine over the course of time he has been doing his 1-1 zoom meetings!
