Is this company a scam?
One week later and the order is still “processing.” You cannot reach the company by phone, the emails get returned and the contact form via their website does not work. Will wait a few days before contacting my bank and making a complaint to the BBB.

The best customer service!!
The best customer service!!! We've had serious issues with the USPS here in GA for months now. The USPS website showed my package was delivered on 6/3. It FINALLY arrived on 6/14. I was prepared to file a claim, but needed a lot of information from Keeptee to do so. Within 2 days, they responded with everything I needed. Luckily, the t-shirt showed up right as I was about to file the claim. And the t-shirt looks great! Very good quality! Will definitely purchase from them again.

Quality shirt; helpful staff
I was able to get my shirt on time. It is a quality shirt. I think it would help to have information about sizes for the women’s tees on the website instead of just the unisex. The tees run quite small. I normally wear a medium but had to get an extra large to have it fit correctly.

Excellent tshirt! I washed it and the design stayed intact. The material is really high quality. I had a couple of questions before my purchase and the shop owner provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions very quickly. The item was prepared and shipped very quickly as well! Will definitely purchase from this shop again! Thank you so much!

Horrible experience- they were very unprofessional and frankly untrustworthy. They were misleading in what they advertised and scammed me- will never do business with them again. A warning for anyone reading the (allegedly) legitimate positive reviews- buyer beware with this company…

Incorrect item description
I ordered 4 band tour T shirts. I spent 90 dollars on my order after the promo codes wouldn't work and they said "don't use it, we'll refund you the difference." (they didn't.) my order comes today and it's not as listed on the website. You have to pay extra to have both sides of the shirt printed (which is what I asked for clarification of.) BUT in the images online. and after added to cart it shows images on both sides. only after it shipped does it says "front side only." now they won't email me back after they said "we complied with what was ordered."
