I can't believe you are asking me to do this. I already wrote two reviews, tried to contact the Company many times. Wrote reviews to the company. They never once replied to anything. I WANT to return the items and get my money back. Why is this not happening?
Thus is the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience. I will not recommend this company.

On Sunday, April 5th, I placed an order. However, within an hour, I sent an email to the support email address to cancel the order. I then sent another request to cancel the order on April 8th. It is now April 16th, and I still have no response or communication regarding any of my emails.

This is a recurring theme with this business, as many others have reported. I would personally avoid doing business with this company. Not a trustworthy business.

Really good product, website was very easy to use, good value for money, very quick delivery.

By mistake the wrong size was ordered.
I have submitted many requests to return/ exchange the item. I emailed the company but there has been no response or support to help with my request.
I am very disappointed as I was recommended to KEFL by a gym owner who has used the company before.

Speedy and quality product

The products appear to be good. Haven’t really used them yet but they fit well however the Customer Service is non-existent. I have filled out the contact us form on their website. Emailed them twice. Messaged them on social media and commented on their posts on social media had no reply on anything regarding an incorrect order forget poor Customer Service it is non-existent they just ignore you so I hope you get your order correct first time

They arrived fast and look fantastic. Luckily I managed to buy them while they were on sale too. Very happy with the dumbbells. I will definitely buy more products from KEFL. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. Also please restock the unavailable items quickly.
