Great experience overall. Kelly Galzing did our whole house window replacement, after buying our house. We did it in 2 parts to spread the cost. Result & quality is as expecting, which means good.

I had used Henry and son way back to do all of my windows in various properties but not used them for a long time. They have just completed 5 sash eco slide windows and I am extremely impressed not only with the product but the finnish also. There is absolutely no snagging to be done around the casements and they left the property clean and tidy. Highly recommend, they aren’t pushy which is why i’ve just booked them in to do several more jobs and recommended them to my managing agents in NW2. Many thanks.

Just had the front door replaced with a composite door from Kelly Glazing. Really impressed with the service and the door. Designed and planning the door was very straightforward and their support was always helpful. The fitting was done efficiently. Really impressed with the finish.

Terrible service. The call out specialist did not arrive on the day that was booked. Then when a new date was scheduled, he failed to show up and only arrived after he was called and asked to arrive. The specialist came 7 hours late to the call out and said he had to order parts in order to complete the job. I was then told that the job couldn't be completed and that a partial refund would be made. I waited 2 months and didn't receive the refund and no correspondence since. Untrustworthy and unprofessional.

Fitted my windows a month ago and was very pleased with their work. Done quickly and precisely. Excellent work ethic, great communication, very good company, 5 stars without a doubt.

Had my windows fitted by Henry and Sons Ltd 5 years ago, and they’ve been brilliant ever since. Recently, one of the locks broke and I was really impressed with how quickly they responded — came out and fixed it straight away, no hassle. Great aftercare and top-quality service. Highly recommend!
