Kemuhost can't accept payment from outside of India

My domain is up for renewal and the payment has been failing for a while. I have tried to reach out to Kemuhost's customer service via the chat function, leave a message, raise a ticket and emails to all 4 addresses listed on their website.
I have heard nothing back.

When I try to make a payment, I get an error message "This account isn't enabled to make cross border transactions. You can enable your account at htt[p]s://dashboard[.]stripe[.]com/settings/update".
This is obviously a configuration issue on Kemuhost's end but since nobody is replying to anything, I can't get it sorted.
I just hope my domain won't go dead without warning. Probably have to move to a different registrar that actually employs people.

Good for poor people

I was looking for multiple vps servers with load balancing. And as far as I remember I have tried 5+ vps providers. I came across kemuhost from Google search in 2018 and thought to give it a try. I purchased 5 VMs from them and setup the load balancing (Their team helped me a lot for this setup). Currently my servers are handling more than 1000 requests a day without burden on the systems. I have then never even thought on changing the provider. 5000 stars to kemuhost for this superb setup

It's been 2years i m using kemuhost's dedicated server to run forex trading my server has never been down . strongly recommend kemuhost's if you are planning to run forex trading...

I am using VPS from kemuhost since 2018. It has never gone down. All my applications are running extremely fast with their vps. I have tried so many providers but haven't seen services like kemuhost. Strongly recommend kemuhost for your all hosting requirements.
