Jamie of Get Lemon is a star! I first came to know Jamie when I had a problem with my boiler and he is now the only person I will call. Since then, he services the boiler annually, has fit a HIVE heating system and corrected some bathroom jobs around the home.
He’s kind, communicative and does a fantastic job - nothing is too much for him.

I reached out to Jamie when my usual company wouldn't come out to an issue with my boiler that wouldn't have happened if they did their job properly in the first place. Jamie was a life saver, and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, he came back a couple days later to fit another part that wasnt in stock and also do a service on the boiler that was also due. I will continue to use Jamie for any future plumbing issues.

We have used Jamie twice this year. The first time was to sort out a leaking boiler which another company failed to correct. The second time was to fit HIVE thermostat. On both occasions he responded promptly, came as arranged and patiently worked through the job until he knew it was sorted. We will be using him again for all our plumbing needs and have no hesitation recommending him.

Jamie from Get Lemon was great, we called him with a boiler emergency and he was able to fit us in the next day. Jamie was really communicative in terms of timings and when we would expect him which was really helpful for us, and then came diagnosed the problem quickly, and got us up and running again. We have been using Jamie for a number of years now to do some jobs at our property that we own and rent out . He has fitted a couple of Saniflo pumps and also helped us several times identifying leaks and fixing them and with every single job he has done for us the workmanship has been of a very high standard . Jamie is a real professional who knows his trade and we can only highly recommend his services. He is a gentleman and a really nice guy, honest with high integrity and very reliable. When he tells you he will arrive at a certain time he will actually arrive at that time . An excellent trades person like Jamie is hard to find these days and I will pick him any day over the big companies and the many rip off merchants that are out there for any works that we need doing .

I've used Jamie a couple of times for plumbing work and he's reliable, punctual and really thorough. He came and fixed my boiler at short notice and I found him to be trustworthy and he provided of photos of everything he did.

I recently had some work done at my home, including a leaking sink repair and boiler servicing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The workmanship was outstanding—everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. Jamie was incredibly reliable, arriving exactly when he said he would, and left the place tidy after finishing the job. It’s rare to find such honest and trustworthy professionals these days. Jamie is just the best - arrived quickly to looks at the boiler which stopped working conveniently as the temps have dropped. I would say if you have to choose between British Gas and Jamie, Jamie really is your guy. When he says he’s on his way, he IS on his way, he knows his stuff, doesn’t waste time, tells you what’s needed etc. Not to mentions he’s such a friendly chap. 100% recommend!

Jamie was amazing as ever when my heating stopped working last week. He came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump in no time. No mess and always cheery. Jamie's been dealing with my aged boiler for 20 years.
